I just moved into a new home and was calling around to see what the prices where like . Called Savannah waste and talked to Joann. She was amazing!! They didn’t even pick up in my part of town. She helped me figure out what I needed to know. She didn’t have to do that. If they where picking up in my area I would go with them no matter the price. Just because I talked to someone that wanted to help me not someone that was annoyed by having to talk to me. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. She did that for someone that was not getting her business imagine what she’ll do for someone that is. Thank you Joann.

I received a call back today because my trash had not been picked up on Monday morning like normal. Go to find out, my account was past due. I set up my new credit card for the account, and my trash was picked up today. Great jobs 👍

I found out Savannah Waste was the best value in town for trash pick up and the staff in the office ( Angela & Joline) were very courtius and professional in getting us set up with our new weekly home trash pick up service

I have had terrible experiencs with this company... They miss pickups and dont come back til the following week. When you call they either dont pick up like the trash. And when they do call back theyre rude. Im currently looking for new service from a new company

Overall they’ve been great about picking our trash up. But why at 2 in the morning, people need sleep and they’re so loud. Early in the am is okay but 1-2 is ridiculous.Edit: Still picking up trash at 1:30 in the morning!!!!! Just as bad as the unnecessary sirens used in Savannah.

Ive been with this company for 16 years and they have never missed a beat! I get my trash picked up twice a week, If they tell you to put your trash out at a certain time, trust and believe they will be there. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have used them for 3 years and NEVER had a bad experience. I even missed a recycle pickup, called, and they were able to pick the recycle up within a couple of days. I highly recommend them.

Their trucks are in disrepair, Ive seen the bins break off the truck, spill, and the workers kick the trash, as well as trash fall/(or drip in some cases) from the truck as it drives off. The woman on the phone is consistently rude. When we cancelled they never picked up their empty cans as they said they would - had to call them several times.

They consistently miss trash pickups when our can is on the curb, then act like theyre doing you a solid when they come pick it up 3 days later. They delayed delivering me my recycling can for a month after we had already paid for it and ignored my phone calls and voicemails until I came in in person to complain. They are super rude any time you have to talk to them. They dont mail or leave flyers about changes in pickup days for holidays, youre expected to just check their facebook and hope theyve posted something. Do not use them. One star is too good for them, wish you could give no stars.

Im giving them one star because they pick up the trash. However, they leave spilled trash in the middle of the road, if there is one bag next to the can, even after a holiday (In this case, Easter), they REFUSE to throw it on the truck leaving it in the street for the dogs and cats to rip to shreds which we get to then pick up, and when they dump the trash they sling the can in the middle of the driveway instead of putting it back where it goes. For a company thats only about 12 bucks cheaper than the competition which seems to offer a lot better service, I am going to switch. :(

Ive had several problems with how and what they pick up. The latest is a microwave that was in the can. They pulled it out and put it on the curb. My son bagged it in 2 lawn and garden bags and put it back in the can for pickup today. They had actually pulled the microwave out of the black lawn and garden bags and once again left it on the curb! One of the owners son seems to be the problem, but when I have called about things they refuse to pick up, I get no where with this company. They had no problem picking up my neighbors microwave just a couple of months ago. The only reason Ive stayed is because they do twice a week pickup and no other company does that.

Trash can has been broken for 6 months and many calls later and still have not replaced the can. Half the time they dont answer phone and never return phone calls.

No problems after 5 years of service. They are contracted to pick up the contents of the can you were provided. Nothing more. Complaining about them not picking up refuse outside the container is just plain stupid. Read your contract! $20 per month is a bargain.

My boyfriend is disabled so these guys put our trash can back by the garage after pick up. Great people in this family owned business!

They have not picked up our trash for the last two weeks. They were supposed to come back another day and did not. When they never came by we have left messages and they have not returned our phone call. My mother has also had a couple of issues with this company in the past year.

1)They are the cheapest in town.2)They pick up on the regular day if its a holiday (except for the big 3 holidays) -- I dont have to guess anymore!3)Twice a week pickup is a thing.4)No BS fees.To the people complaining about garbage pickup on the internet : Get a life.

Had an issue with their billing and when i called about it the lady was extremely nasty to me. When i told her they cpuld come get their can. Her wprkers dumped the trash out all over my yard. Even opened bags! I guess trash is what they do ajd what they are!!!

Terrible. We pay our bill only for them to forget our can. 2 months ago they broke our can and havent replaced it. Find a different company. Dont hire these lazy mofos.
