Right on the Ogeechee River, Nice boat ramp, picnic benches and playground

Always love catching the sunset on this bridge over the Ogeechee river as I ride back to the house on my bike. So inspiring.😊

I saw a tree stump that was pretty big it was a good thing that it was low tide I wouldnt have seen it its almost middle waves of the river right close to wear very small island is the people are more friendly are there then at other places I have docked in at they have picnic tables a clean restroom just watch out for the sand bars

Pretty nice. The playground isnt as big as a few others weve been too but the park is well kept and pretty big. Theres an area where you can bring your dog, a boat ramp, a lighted shelter, there are restrooms and a nice dock that you can fish from. Also, Loves restaurant is right beside it.

Great public boat ramp. If you want to go salt water fishing head to the left takes to the sea. If you want fresh water fishing head right towards Loves seafood. Plenty parking a great play ground. Also a dock to fish off of.

Convenient location, 4 ramps, 2 for high tide, 2 for low tide. Restrooms very well maintained. Highly recommend.

The fact that they had life jackets accessible to the public was nice although I think more attention to detail to the landscape crew would be appreciated

During the week nice and clean. On the weekend Some fishy business going on from time to time. All the Cat ladies in the nearby counties come here and feed a herd of cats.Some sexual contents might be observed as well here. Just keep a close eye on your kids.

I love this place, I take my dog here and let him swim. The only reason Im giving it a three stars is because there is sign when you come in that clearly states dogs must be on a leash at all times, but people dont care. Sooo, be careful when you take your dog there may be loose dogs. Also, its like a cat dropping site, there are a bunch of stray cats here and Ive seen people feeding them...

Great place to launch your boat. The county needs to replace the swimming area. This used to be a very nice place to bring your family and picnic and swim.

Nice playground for kids. They have a pier for fish from. Saw a few suspicious cars there while fishing late at night, though. Dont know if Ill bring my kids fishing at night here again.

Good place to bring young kids at the playground. Lots of people on the weekend. Neat place to see boats.

Good for kayaking, boating and swimming. Do not bother trying to fish here. Ive never seen anyone catch anything and there are a ton of rocks I lost so many hooks and weights.

Nice since the redo. Great spot to fish,,put a boat into the Ogeechee, playground equipment and restrooms. Nice place for a picnic. Please do not let your kids in the water without supervision,,we do have gators from time to time,,it is coastal Ga! ENJOY!!

Fair place to launch a boat or play on a playground. Upkeep could be improved. Not too sure about some of the activities that go on in the back corners.

Always an easy in and out with our boat! Some smaller boats too large for boats jet skis and all this boat ramp offers restrooms as well as a park for the kids to play. The catfisher always plentiful here for us

The place is magical. Love the swimming and fishing areas. My kids also loved the playground.

I went here in July of 2017 to fish. While I was out on the water, someone spray painted black lives matter on the side of my truck. When I got out of the water, police were called, report filed. A witness said it was two white dudes. No luck finding out who did it. I will never be fishing there again. Didnt catch anything anyway.

Bring a boat, tube or stick. Or just bring yourselves. If fishing is not your thing, cross the street to Loves for as finea example of local seafood (catfish) as youll ever witness.

Just one of meditational spots..since I dont usually do social scenes without a purpose strong specific reason and or rare state of mind I guess cld say..when super overwhelmed and especially when I cant sleep Will get a few Quiet Moments by yourself and its just beautiful dont have to get lost in the woods and even tho cops will post or park for speeders and just in general patrol..idk..But I take that as a good thing maybe being protected and serve for lunch maybe theyre looking out for the real Nancy stuff that people have probably heard about but now I didnt used to be in good night with Ellen chance out of sight out of mind you aint say nothing lot of families go especially before all the cats were taken to take the kids down there to feed them] as how not a lot of places walking around in the woods where you can kind of just sit and not look suspicious or whatever but Ive never been harassed or anything.. and all the years of Savannah I can rarely say that as far as being in the vicinity where cops is watchin how long youre special and Savannah no offense but I think this is so Chatham County so Props to them for actually looking for legitimate safety hazards to people and Society instead of picking on somebody just sitting by themselves you know

Nice place to sail your personal boats. It even has a playground. But it doesnt allow pets.

Sync my daughter to the park they had a playground and swing set for the children to play on but they also had a large grass area for the kids to play ball as well
