Took a charter fishing trip out of this marina last week. Easy place to get to and free parking to boot. The marina is pretty straightforward and well kept. They offer rentals, tours, excursions, fishing charters and more.

The private sunset tour is worth every penny! Go to the Burger Boat afterwards to get a yummy meal!

Daufuskie ferry staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Buddy Lee was an amazing captain for the 2 hour sunset cruise. It was for a birthday gathering and Bull river marina worked with us with flexible total person count and adding an extra hour. This is a fun unique way to see Savannah.Buddy Lee was perfect for the a younger/birthday event group dynamic!

Good Marina, friendly and accommodating staff. Fuel is about $2.00 higher than on the streets. WOW, bathrooms a great. Water pressure was high, so you can scrub anything off yourself. Yes, a one person but still one for each bathroom. Now they do not have laundry facilities. They do have an awesome Italian Ice place called Ritas nearby. Plus the Flying Fish Bar & Grill.

Dont visit the Savannah area without this marina in your plans!!! Gina took such good care of our group! We did a sunset cruise one day and a trip to Daufuskie Island another day! The Captains here are very knowledgeable about the geographic layout, history, and current conditions of the land and waters. Thanks Bull River Marina!! You made our vacation so special!!

The guys at Bull River Marina are excellent. This is the 2nd time weve done a fossil excursion with them and its been awesome. During the ride to Shark Tooth Island theyre very informative and have stopped to check out dolphins even though we didnt do a dolphin cruise. They dropped us off and told us the best spots to look. Theyre always super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them especially for kids!!!

On time, very accommodating, and super helpful! We had a scared dog that we were taking to the beach for the first time after a cancer diagnosis. As soon as he got on he pooped from anxiety on the boat and they were super kind about it, as were the residents going with us. We picked it up and they brought out the spray and insisted they finish it off. Cant beat the service or thank them enough through that embarrassing moment.

Good selection of services and the trip we took to Sharktooth Island was as expected. We found a few small teeth, but nothing incredible. A good choice if youre a new hunter, but not worth your time if youre more experienced. The boat driver gave some brief information about the area, but not enough to really consider it a tour. Turning into the marina was a bit akward and we ended up needing to turn around at the coast guard station about a mile up the road.

I can’t say enough nice things about captain sully! He is the best! If you take a sunset dolphin cruise with him you will not be sorry!!! This was a private tour with just our family and we will be back! He is very informative and knows his stuff! My 14 year old son isn’t easily entertained and he was none stop smiles on this tour. Saw a ton of dolphins. But just the atmosphere and quality time with my family was priceless. Thank you for a great time!!!

I just wanted to give the Bull River Marina team a huge thank you, hugs and kisses. I traveled down to Savannah to spend a few days over on Daufuskie Island. I didnt realize I needed to make reservations ahead of time. Thankfully Gena and the rest of the crew were very supportive. Perfect weather to enjoy great food for beautiful night

The shark tooth tour is HIGHLY overrated. It is advertised as far more teeth being found than what you actually do. The best and largest teeth came from the restricted area where you are discouraged from venturing to. Save yourself the $65 and do a tour in FL or SC.

My parents and I went to Sharktooth Island with Bull River this past Saturday, everyone was wonderful! Had a fantastic time, found so many teeth and even an ARROWHEAD! Laura in the office is the sweetest and made sure I had all the info I needed. Highly recommended :)

Every single employee we interacted with were genuinely sweet and nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The trip was to Shark Tooth beach for fossil hunting. Everybody found sharks teeth,fossilized bones and other nifty things.I highly encourage anyone wanting a good time to use Bull River Marina. They will take you to most of the islands and pick you up at a prearranged time. They also offer guided tours.Price was awesome, trip was awesome, they were awesome.

Convenient location. Good deep water access. Sailboats can only get here from the South due to a bridge. We arrived on a Monday and they were closed but accommodated us anyway. Wonderful staff. Decent restaurants within a short walk.

Thats where the fun begins. If you plan to go boating you have to use this place. They make sure you have a safe and enjoyable event

Great ride at Bull River!

This was by far the best part of my vacation. We chartered a boat to take us to an island to dig for megalodon teeth. On the way we saw some dolphins and the boat captain was pleased to let us stop and watch. We were able to bring an ice cooler and digging supplies that the captain helped to unload once we arrived at the island. He was very informative in telling us about the area. The only problem I had was trying to reserve a spot via phone which took about 4 trys before I actually got it done. Kept getting let me check the tides/with boat captains and Ill call you back only to never receive a return call. But once it finally got reserved their were no more problems.

Showed up for a rental just a couple days after the hurricane. Took some time (understandable) to get going but all was good. Fun day on the water.

Definitely the way to go if you are going to Daufuskie Island! You can leave your car at this Marina for free (if you take the ferry its $10 per car per day) and they will also help you unload and load your luggage. We got to see dolphins on the ride over to the island! I will definitely use them again!

There was a small mishap with our appointment time, but they helped resolve it immediately and were very helpful! We went to Sharktooth Island. The ride was nice and short. The boat was clean and well kept. The captain was nice and so were the young men who helped load/unload our belongings. It was a good experience and we will definitely use them again when we return to Sharktooth Island!

We did the Shark Tooth Beach trip to hunt for fossils. Strongly recommend! Our boat was very professionally crewed and was the highlight of our holiday.

These guys are amazing. Got a pint of live shrimp for bait and thats what they gave me. No size picking or wimpy shrimp either. My go to for bait now!

We rented a Boston Whaler for the afternoon and had a great time! Andy was so nice and helpful and we really enjoyed chit chatting with her in addition to our boating adventures. No drama, GOOD PRICES, very knowledgeable of the area in general. When we come back to Tybee, we will definitely be paying them a visit again. Thanks for a great afternoon!

Nice staff. Good dockage rates. Parking is kind of limited but just get there early and you’ll be fine.

Captain Gary took us to Bird Island. We didnt go as part of a tour as we just wanted to explore the island for the day. Gary couldnt have been more accommodating, accessible, and reliable. A nice guy, too! It was a wonderful day.

Had a great time taking a water taxi over to Dafuskie Island. It was super simple to schedule and all I had to was step on the boat and we were off. Captain Rob was very nice and informative, he even stopped the boat to let us look at a school of dolphins. Definitely the best way to get over to the island. Thanks again Captain Rob!

Great marina! Andie, the manager, was super friendly and gave great service. Took my family out on their Boston Whaler 15 and had a real nice time. Dolphins swam next to our boat several times. 2 thumbs up!

Tristan at the front was absolutely awesome. She told funny jokes, has beautiful hair, and genuinely cares about the marina and helping customers. Beautiful views and awesome staff!

Very helpful and knowlegeable crew, got us on the water in a nice boat. Weather moved in half way through our trip and they worked with us because of the rain and lightening. Water was calm most of the afternoon, the island we anchored at was cool. Birds, crabs in shells, Oh Yea the Dolphins were out but hid most of the time.

We rented an 18’ boat for 3 hours for an afternoon, and had an absolute blast! It was just the two of us and our 70 pound dog, and this little boat was the perfect size. The staff was friendly and very helpful with answering all of our questions. Would highly recommend using this company for a boat rental!

We got there ready to go to Daufuskie but they had no record of our reservation in the computer. But they had it on paper so they got someone there quickly and took us over. No other problems.

Wonderful experience with Bull River Marina, they took us to daufuskie island this weekend. We had two little kids, one large dog and a ton of stuff. No problem, they handled it all efficiently like pros.

Wonderful. Nice preparation, helpfull, knowledgeable, boat ran great, Bull River has more of a current than we expected, but it was fairly calm until we made it to the Atlantic, Anchored by Beach Hammock, recommended by the marina, and it was perfect. Nice adventure without a guide!!!

We went on a day trip to Daufuski Island with our dog and our captain, Lance, basically gave us a free dolphin tour. We saw dolphins when we left Daufuski Island and instead of speeding off Lance slowed down and let us watch the dolphins as long as they were swimming next to our boat. Daufuski Island is worth the trip and if you go, Bull River Marina water taxi is the way to get there.

Took trip to Dufuski today from Bull river marina. Trip out to Dufuski was great. Captain stopped enroute so we could photo a dolfin pod up close. So cool. Unfortunately they forgot to pick us up!!!! Had to call them when they were a no show. Said they didnt have us to return. Really...times there and back booked at one time AND paid for. When finally got a hold of the marina, asked us if we were ok waiting an hr to hr and 15 min! Seriously, like we had a choice. Abandoned!! When we got back to marina, not even a word about being sorry about what happened.

We rented a boat to explore Bull River and go visit Little Tybee. Bull River Marina was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was a breeze, we arrived at the Marina and 15-20 minutes later we were on the boat.

This operation is terrific, we had top-notch service for a a trip to Daufuskie Island. Staying on time was very important to our captain, and he communicated and stayed on time for picking us up at the end of the day as well.

Bull River Marina is the first marina you come to as youre driving from Savannah to Tybee. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. From here, you can take a water taxi anywhere in the surrounding area, including Tybee, Little Tybee, Daufuskie, and many private beaches where you can hang out for the day. They offer paddleboard and kayak tours if you book ahead, or you can rent a skiff after watching a brief safety video. Theres always dolphins and other wildlife in the river. A great place for families and kids or a romantic get-away.
