Store #1031 I have been using this facility for a little over 2 years for printing needs. The staff is always amazing and they handle being busy so well! Gabriel made sure at the beginning to sign us up for a discount program that has come in handy so many time! I highly recommend the entire team for all your shipping and printing needs. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I am surprised by the low reviews at this location. I have experienced nothing but quick and friendly service here, and today was no different. I was in and out within ten minutes and my package is on its way (there was one person in line before me). Great location, with good working equipment, plenty of self serve packing materials and a great staff.

Have often used the “Print and Go” service of FedEx Office at this location. This allows me to transmit an item for print out. )Some times I need retraining about certain features. Staff has been very helpful.) Covid accommodations are adhered to, and certainly to our benefit. Staff can be very busy because this can be a busy store. I find it easier to pay FedEx rather than keep buying ink cartridges for my own printer. and thus much of my use can be handled on my own with the advanced equipment that is available.

I shipped a package to Tobago. I paid 220 plus usd to send baby clothes for a friend. I shopped every where to get discounted clothes and baby stuff spending around 80 usd.I was not told she would have to pay custom fees or i would have shipped to her skybox and paid the fees.The package is sitting there since april 6. She is being charged over 800ttd or over 100 usd dollars and cant afford to clear it.So i lost 220 plus usd plus the money i spent for clothes and no one gets the package. I called the fed ex number at least times and no one helped me. I called the office to complain and got no where. Customers should be informed. Im a teacher and cant even afford food for my kids. I sacrificed to do a something great for a friend and now my effort was in vain.

I went there and waited while the manager clearly could’ve helped me but because I wasn’t white and appeared dirty because I’m a mechanic and that’s just the nature of my job I couldn’t get any service right away like the white lady that came in before me! Phenomenal experience. I had 5 different things to ship, no packing supplies with me, and Gabriel was still able to get me in and out in what felt like 2 minutes.Highly recommend for any shipping needs in the area.

Fedex lost my overnight package that I needed for work, which was supposed to be delivered to this location, they then proceeded to lie to me for almost 2 hours about how the package would be there in 10 minutes. Still waiting on a refund for the overnight fee. Just save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

Terrible customer service. Computers don’t work and they charge you .50 cents just to seat to try and print something. I was just charged more than $6 and was not able to print anything and the people who work tere instead of being helpful just find excuses to keep the money! Never coming back.

Today I went into this location to pickup some documents that I ordered online. I stood in the line that had copies but this female employee with tattoos on her arm yelled and told me I wasn’t in the right line....... turns out when it was my turn I was in the correct line. She had Everyone in the store staring at me like I had done something wrong. The employee never apologize I will not support any business that does not treat their paying customers with decency. Never use the store even out of convenience

Terrible Service. Yesterday they told us to take a package back to the shop and call the FEDEX main # to have a driver pick it up at our shop. They also broke a very expensive clock that they packed to ship. We will never use them again.

Very poor experience with this store. I paid for 2 print orders with the simple stipulation that they print some stickers to a business card size. The first order was almost twice as small, but since it was only $11 I paid for it to keep since I could maybe use them. The second order was more expensive and they printed at almost twice the size. Pitiful! Since I didn’t give them a good look when I picked them up it was a month before I brought them back for a return. They just told me I was out of luck and refused to take them back. The lady got rude with me and told me the first set wasn’t even from them. As if I am too stupid to know where I got them printed. I will never go back to these rude incompetent people again.

Coming here, you are just another cog in a wheel for the employeess to deal with. They will not take extra time to show you or explain specifically what they can do for you. Although they are polite, courteous, and respectful, they are definitely quick to get you out there so they can deal with something else. Rather than helping me with a confusing print process, they would take your order so you could pick it up later, not very customer-oriented.

Sent my son to ship a package for me at this location. Never had a problem there before. I wrapped my package IN MY OWN PACKING as it says you can do on the website. Before I sent him there, I looked up on the website the proticalls about using my own packing. I also looked up the cost of sending it. I estimated the weigh to be 3lbs .The website said it would cost $11.94. When it was weighed at the location it weighed 2.7lbs. When he got to the location on Abercorn street, the customer service person told him they dont ship in anything other than FEDEX boxes. They made him buy a box, which cost $9.49! Then, the box was way to big for my package. It added $3.00 more dollars to the cost of shipping. Now, no where on the website does it say you can only ship in their box. I called corporate and they told me I have to wait 5 days till they get the report from the location. Today is the day I call them back to see what they will do about it! Just thieving is going on there and Im not the only person to have this problem with them!

I wish I could give zero stars. Came in today I was treated with so much disrespect that I had to immideatlly get in the car and call the district manager. I have never had much luck with this place and this is the final time Ill ever use them. I did not see anywhere on any screen or sign that I was agreeing to pay ONE DOLLAR per color page with my total coming to 40.00. I know, crazy isnt it? Almost comical. When I told them I never would have agreed to that charge (and returned all the printed pages) they refused a refund. Not only did do that, the young woman working the counter continually belittled me by repeatedly saying, I dont know how you couldnt see that several times in a sarcastic tone and rude expression. I was then accused of being a liar by a man that Im assuming is the manager who claimed that people often print things and then return them after they have used them. Unbelievable. The pages I printed were for my husbands business that would have gone home with a student and cannot be used and returned. I am looking forward to my conversation with the district manager. I am a shy person and non confrontational so at the very least I feel better having expressed my opinion to these people and to the district manager. They need to start completely over in this store and hire some folks who are happy to be there.

Walked in to pick up printing job. Two attendants at shipping counter. My presence obvious. No one acknowledged that I was there for over 5 minutes and had to ask if anyone was working printing side. Less than enthused replies for normal inquiry. Printing was fine but could use some service polish.

There were only 2 employees working the day I went, but Jennifer was VERY helpful. She said she was new, but always found the answer to any question I had that she didnt immediately know the answer to. I needed to ship an office chair. She helped me with packing it correctly. (The first one I packed myself got broken). Then, she made sure they ordered larger boxes for me so they can pack and ship my other 7 office chairs for me. In the past I have had to wait for a very long time and have come across some not-so-nice employees, but I think maybe they are working on improving their customer service from what I saw. I was impressed with the friendliness of Jennifer.

My husband was in line for over 20 minutes to just drop off a package and receive a receipt. There was only one person working with a line that was really long. Apparently at 6, they feel its necessary for only one person to work, but the last two times Ive been there, the lines are long and its too much for one person. FedEx needs to revisit this and have employees in place to quickly/better meet the needs of the customers.

EXTREMELY helpful!!!! I have been there this week alone 4 times to drop off packages and delt with different person every time and each other was great!!! ONLY problem was 1 out of 12 of my packages is missing. Not Good but I understand things happen. Luckily it was my smaller packages that was not worth much of anything. The shipping specialist was less helpful and more rude then the employee working in the store. I cant remember her name but the girl who is about to have a baby. She is the one who helped me and she overall did a fantastic job for being 9 months pregnant and working on your feet all day.

I bought some retail items (Marvel Pop Heroes) from one of these chains to give as Christmas gifts, but overbought. I called in advance to this particular store since there aren’t many around, to ask about their return policy. The gentleman asked his manager and after being assured that my items were returnable, I drove 16 miles, only to be told they could not take them back because they didn’t come from their store. This is very disheartening considering that I’m from out of state and I just moved here and I wont be driving back just to return the items. The manager said it was an inventory issue and couldn’t return something they may not sell; yet, they have the same exact items on their shelves in this store right now. It’s B.S.They wouldn’t even give me a store credit in order to use later. I will never use FedEx again. I will use USPS or UPS and certainly will never buy any retail items from here, not even a candy bar!

All three people in here (including me) were told we could not ship the item the way we brought it in, even though the company I was sending the item to sent me the specific packaging and the other guy i heard was told by fedex to return it to the offife (fedex shipped the package in the first place) that they couldnt take it because the box had holes (the reason for the return). Would not recommend coming to this print office as the blonde lady kept calling it.

The man that assisted us was extremely helpful.He explained and showed us how to print the labels from our phone. Technology is wonderful.We did not have to wait to be served, approximate time we arrived was around 3:00 PM.Supply prices were a bit high so did not purchase any therefore the 4 stars.

We were visiting the area and purchased an item that was too delicate to take home on an airplane so we went to this FedEx Office and had them package it and shipped it home to Ohio. It arrived all right, in pieces.Now we are having to jump through hoops to get back just the purchase price of the item so we can try to get another one. THANKS FEDEX! Next time, we will make a different decision!!

I was in there Wednesday the 13th at around 8pm to ship some gifts to my mom and there was only one staff member working! He was fantastic though but obviously a little overwhelmed (as anyone would be). There were 4 people in front of me in line when I got there and 6 people behind me when I left. I wish I remember the staff members name bc he really was great and kept his composure well. This review is 2 stars because it is absolutely unfair and not okay to have one person closing. I mean what if he needed to go to the bathroom or something? Also it was finals week! Lots of students were printing things there.

It doesn’t matter when you go there - there’s always a long wait. I just got here at 10:48am to mail a document. Three people were in front of me and they had two FedEx staff members behind the counter and one manager just walking around in the back.One employee spent over 10min on the phone helping a customer and the other helped somebody send a fax in the self-service. Finally, at 10:59 the FedEx employee recognizes me and tells me I’ll be right with you....HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I’m sure this location gets enough business to support the additional expense.

They would not print my shipping label even though in the email it said they would. After I get my label and take the package in, they tell me they cant ship it because its in the wrong box. They wanted me to buy a $25 box. I went to the fedex across the street, and they accepted the package no questions asked.

Takes them a week to ship a package to Texas. When It only takes 3 days for usps to get a package delivered to my house from Hawaii. FedEx is a joke definitely explains why amazon is going to put them out of business.

Fast service. Had to sign for a package so I had it get sent here for pickup, instead of trying to deliver it to my house when I wasnt home. They found it right away and I was in and out in 5 minutes. They also have a lot of copiers and fax machines if you need to do that.

Average FedEx. The self print and go kiosks were incredibly slow and had issues reading PDF documents that were sent to their designated printer email. Had to use the workstations on the wall instead to print. The internet on the workstations were fast (great considering they charge by the minute).

First of all, stood in line with no acknowledgement. Second, after she did acknowledge me, saw what I was shipping (an electronic), I asked a few questions, printed my label, packed my box. Stood in line again for another 10 minutes, only to be told that my electronics are supposed to be shipped in a different box altogether. I told her why wasnt that pointed out to me the first time I stood in line for ten minutes. Long story short, crappy customer service, crappy attitudes. The only reason I had to go here was because of the electronic I was shipping back.

I went here to print off a shipping label and ship a return package. The drop off seemed easy enough, it was fast and I didnt have to pay anything because it was an RMA. I checked the tracking number and nothing. Next day, checked it again, still nothing. I gave it over a week because I know sometimes it takes awhile for the status to update itself online and I just called the 800 number to check on my package. Apparently my package is listed as never having been received by the store....are you kidding me? Either its lost or never was shipped from this location, AWESOME. I just wish I had read the reviews on here before trying to ship my package at this location.

I had a prepaid label from Wayfair to return a rug. Since the original plastic wrap it was delivered in had been cut all the way down. I wrapped shrink-wrap from the United moving company (not his regular saran wrap) around the entire package then I went all the way around with clear tape even across the ends. Then attached the label and completely covered it with clear tape and they would not except it. The assistant manager said it had to be in a box or in a white bag like the envelopes they use. but yet she didn’t have any of those bags. She told me I should go to a rug store and asked them to give me one like I’m going to go into a store & expect them to give me a bag to put my rug and when I didn’t purchase anything from them. Wayfair was nice enough to credit me for the $16 she charged me for a box to ship it in, but the 3 ft rug only cost $37.00. And that $16 wasn’t for the shipping, it was just for a box because I had a prepaid label from Wayfair.

I came in around 5 or 6 oclock yesterday to send a package. I was sent the wrong packaging for my item and I was told I had the wrong packaging. No problem... She then told me to go to another store and see of they would except my package. I was shipping express and knowing my packaging material is free the older woman, blonde hair told me i would have to pay for packaging. She asked what my item was and assuming my package wasnt properly packed she went ahead and marked that, while also assuming I was finished with my package. She handed me my receipt and said I can GO NOW... I then asked for a padded pack since you guys didnt have any stocked in front. I was then told i wouldnt be able to add anything to my package cause it had already been scanned in... & weighed mind you she scanned my package nowhere near the skales on the right of the store. Her attitude and professionalism is nothing I expect from FedEx. I used to work for the district office in California and knowing the proper way to handle a customer in general that my friend is not how you do so. She then put my papers in the package with and attitude and I said I know its been a long day.. but you shouldnt speak to customers with such less knowledge she rolled her eyes. And continued talking to her co worker.I dont care how young I look, or if I was having an off day trying to rush to get my package out. Its the simple fact that she disrespected me and tried to upsale me my package material like I was ignorant to the process. Is that how this store gets their sales ? Cause thats pathetic. As well as her trying to send me to another store, when I was clearly ready to change packaging. sent this so more training can be made for employees who dont know how to handle a knowledgeable customer. Or maybe they need to stick to the book in handling all customers the same.

Fedex drivers seem to be extremely lazy. On several occasions Ive had something delivered to me and never arrived. FedEx here does not leave notes on the door saying they came. Twice, they have attempted delivery while I was in my office with the door open conducting interviews and got an email saying the business was closed and package was undeliverable. Is it because I have stairs? Is it because youre blind? Is it because youre lazy? I honestly cant think of a 4th option.

I recently called this store and talked to a female employee. I specifically asked her if I could ship an unloaded firearm at their location, she said yes, then I reiterated the question and she said yes again. Then I spent 20 minutes driving across town only to end up having this same idiot tell me that I couldnt ship it from their location, that it could only be shipped from a fedex hub. And then confronted her about the phone call and she completely denied that the call even took place. This is absolutely atrocious! I will never again do business with these incompetent scumbags.

Readint Tia Cari below.....my experience was the Savannah Office as well.... Read on. This will sound familiar: I sent $50 bills in individual envelopes to nine grandchildren in a Fed Ex pak. They received the pak and upon opening it they found all nine envelopes inside no money inside. Closer inspection showed that the address pouch had been pulled off an old pack and re-pasted on a new one. (Yeah...I know. Dont send cash....but how would they know cash is inside?) Many calls and letters to Fed Ex finally got me to the place to review my case. Being an overnight package, surely the package was video taped all through the process, yet the sent back a form letter telling me they looked into it and there was nothing they could do. Its sad that they have a crook working for them and they dont care enough to investigate beyond just sending a form letter. (Especially since this was the second time in a brief period this same thing happened in a Savannah office.....)

Horrible. Brought 3 packages in, the guy violently shook one and said they are not packed properly and refused to take any of them. Said I had to repack it and come back or they could charge me to do it. Just use UPS. 2 weeks ago I had a letter in an envelope and they claimed the envelope was too loose moving around and wouldnt take it. I now have to instruct my entire company to use UPS. Lazy with no service. How they keep lights on refusing business baffles me.

This is the shittiest fedex In Savannah.. customer service is horrible ! I was looking to scan a document . The lady told me the computers were on the wall and the instructions were there as well. I had trouble with the instructions and went to counter to get help and the say told me we are not allowed to do it for you ! I was like WHATT ??? This service is not free.. for me to even log onto the part to get to the scanner Im spending money... so according to this lady its ok for FedEx to take my money but not for an employee to assist me.... pleaseeee.... After he finally got through everyone to me he messed up my order so I had to come back, only to again have the entirety of the staff in the back moving boxes around and tossing the tape dispenser up and down. Tried to ship a package. They refused the box, but offered to sell me one. I went home and triple-packed it IN A BOX THAT FEDEX DELIVERED TO ME and FedEx Office again refused the box. When I showed them the FedEx label, they stated that they werent FedEx, they were FedEx Office and had different rules.And offered to sell me a box.This was one of those that USPS finishes the delivery. I took it to the Post Office, and not only did they accept it, they used the FedEx label I had to ship it.Calling FedEx, I was told that they have no control over the FedEx Office sites- kind of like the UPS Store isnt UPS. These shippers might want to reconsider allowing their names to be used, as it tarnishes their reputations when others are only looking to make money off it.

After having a terrible experience with the one downtown on Broughton, this place was a breath of fresh air. They were actually helpful and knew what they were doing. It wasnt the highest quality print job, but it got done and nobody was rude to me, and there were pleases and thank yous involved. Problems I had were addressed with solutions offered, which is important to me, because I dont think an employee should ever be a dead end. If they cant help you, they should at least be able to point you in the right direction, to someone who can.

Every time I go here Im reminded that it was a mistake. Lines are chronically long, disorganized (people will cut in front of you), and painfully slow. Fedex does NOT provide notary service, no matter what Google says. If you need documents notarized and sent overnight, go to the UPS Store.
