I was very pleased to find that I could replace my cracked iPhone 6S screen at Batteries Plus. I made an online appointment for the same day. I was called a few minutes later and advised that my White screen was not available but would be available the next morning. When I arrived at the store, early in the morning, they were expecting me. The associate ran through a number of steps to verify functionality. All good. I was told I could return in 45 min to pick up the phone. Ready on time and with a $10 discount for online appointment. Functionality reverified. Six month warranty. I’m very pleased with the result.

So far, so good. I just picked it up today. We had a little hickup with UPS not doing their part but I will say that the store manager, Jared was very accommodating and professional! He truly values customer satisfaction. For Jared, I give this place 5 stars.

Quick, courteous, professional, is how I would describe my visit. The techs were so helpful, and even told me how to extend the battery life for the one they just replaced in my iPhone. Saved me a ton of money because now I can keep my phone that I love.

Some of the employees do not act like they want to be there. They barely looked at the customers and said little to nothing. On the other hand, the employees that seem to enjoy their job were very friendly and made the interactions worthwhile.I got my phone screen replaced, and the website was very misleading as to what to expect. It took much longer than I had scheduled in my day to resolve the issue.

The quality of their screen is so bad. Ｉfirst changed my phones screen here，and the protection screen is fine，but phone screen broken. the important thing is that I have not damage it. Their screen keep good for only one and half week. so bad

Took my iphone in to get new battery, drove 50 miles one way, they put in new battery and now it will not take a charge. I am sure they will fix the problem however I will need to make another trip. Just wished they had checked it before I left the store. I must say that they are very nice people and very helpful. Everyone makes mistakes, hope this is learning experience.

My baby dropped my phone and my rear camera no longer worked. I took it in to be repaired on Labor Day and they were very busy. They asked if I could come back in 2 hours to get my phone due to how busy they were. I said that was fine bc I had errands. I finished my errands early and decided to see if it was finished early by any chance. The guy there said it would be about 10 more minutes. My baby was fussy so I went out to the car; he was nice enough to wave to me from the building when my phone was ready...which surprisingly again was in about 10 minutes. Great service 👍🏼👎🏼

I had no idea that this store was so diverse. It was a serendipitous encounter anyway because I had chosen a competitor on the same road but when I arrived there they were surprisingly closed on a Saturday. Sorry guys. I should have chosen you first but that’s ok because I’ll never go anywhere for my battery or light bulb needs. Jay was awesome! Very professional. Did pre-test and post-test. Took all of my worries away and I’m going to Europe in 12 hours. The last thing I needed was shoddy service. Jay is great! Clone him, please!
