In the course of two weeks I had 2 issues which this location of One stop Wireless was able to provide me with assistance. The same individual Ben, was fantastic and very knowledgable! He fixed an issue for me with an iPad which the Geek Squad couldn’t figure out after 4 hours and 2 different trips there of trying! Additionally, they replaced the screen on my iPhone and it was reasonable, quick and professional. I would recommend them - particularly Ben - for any of your wireless needs! He made me feel valued and didn’t try to oversell me.

Great and superb customer service is a plus. I love to go there because they listen, pay attention to your needs. And also they take good care of you with out buying anything.

While they are excellent with repairs, the phone prices are 🚫. You would like think that if you are selling devices you include at least a charging cord. .but no you get nothing but phone. Even Amazon will give a charging cord even if its not an OEM product. One stop you guys need to consider your customers more.🤔

This is a great cellular phone store that is conveniently located right off of Abercorn Street. This store is easily accessible, with great products and an extremely friendly yet knowledgeable crew always available to help. They carry everything from cellular phones and tablets to accessories and their prices are pretty good as well.

Brought an unlocked galaxy note 8 and the seller opted not to tell me that the phone I was paying $400+ for was prone to have a charging glitch. This glitch is common with galaxy note 8s. It seems the phone will not hold or allow you to charge after sometime stating there is water in the charging port without the phone or charger having been near water. Surprisingly this is also the first phone that was introduced as being capable to be fully submerged in water and still operable 🤨. So idk if this was a forgot to mention or a just plain old act of deception. Whatever the case....its a no for me

$50 battery installed quickly and politely. No fuss, much cheaper than a new phone.

Went to get my front glass fix. Paid almost $200. Was told should be fix and ready in a week. Three weeks later still wasnt fixed and they wanted me to paid almost another $200 for a back glass to fix a phone that was just being used for wifi purpose on business reason. They knew this... no thanks. This is a phone that was already paid off and I wasnt going to pay $400 more for it.

I cracked the screen of my S8. I heard about One Stop Wireless in Savannah from a friend. I turned it in, got a new screen, a case and an additional protective screen. Unfortunately when I got home, the protective screen cracked and my headset sound was really low. I called the next business day and they were attentive to my situation. It was just before the holiday, so it took 2 weeks to get a replacement screen, but they were in contact with me the entire time. Im happy to say my phone is back to normal and I thank the team at One Stop Wireless for their excellent customer service. If a functional phone matters to you, go see these guys.

I was told by my carrier that my Android was defective. Since I had no insurance on it and they didnt have one in the store, Id have to pay to have it replaced. (1month old phone). The store refused to uphold a quoted price for an u lock of a note 5. I was quoted one price and was told a different price upon arrival after disputing this with several rude and unwilling service representatives and a manager I refuse to do business with then and would advise you to look elsewhere as the customer service is atrocious and they refuse to right their wrongs.

I went to this store to buy 2 SIM cards. so with all expensive and junk fees they charge to activate the SIM cards, I was expecting them to activate cards fast but in contrary they took about an hour to activate 2 damn SIM cards.So slow and incompetent staff. They dont care about their customers time.If you want to waste you r time and spend hours there waiting then this is a good place to go to.
