Have been taking our cars to Prewitts for about 30 years and have always been completely satisfied. Leland Prewitt is an extraordinary mechanic and automobile diagnostician, and he has trained his son other mechanics well. Angie Prewitt is usually at the front desk and is very knowledgeable about what the mechanics are doing. She is friendly and pleasant and caring. The Prewitts are 100% trustworthy and their prices are reasonable. We travel 15 miles, past several other repair shops, to take our vehicles to Prewitts.

Not once did we feel like we were rushed or hassled to buy the car. John was very upfront about everything and gave us a steal of a deal. When I talk to other people about Prewitts Auto Repair, I hear nothing but positive remarks. I have been getting my vehicles serviced there for approximately 12 years and have ZERO complaints or criticisms for the service to my vehicles or the way I am treated as a customer. I would highly recommend them to service or repair and maintain your vehicle.

Love this place! I am so glad to have found some honest and trust worthy mechanics that know what they are doing! I feel like I am in the right hands when I visit this shop. They arent there to take my money and make up problems and issues. They will give you true honest opinions and do only what is necessary! The waiting room isnt the most comfortable, but if you have an early appointment, you can take a quick walk to Sunrise Restaurant for some breakfast!

I am a customer of Prewitts Automotive, they are the most honest people I have ever encountered in this business. They do excellent work, they charge for their work but dont try to steal or cheat. They are commendable and I would reccomend them first and foremost.

I have taken my vehicles (both personally and the Stage Front vehicles) to Prewitts for years and they have always done a great job...fair pricing...and they stand behind their work. If they say something needs replacing...I replace it! When they say something doesnt...even if I think it does...I dont!

We walked in without a reservation and they attended to us immediately. It was a great experience. Oil and transmission fluid change in under 45 minutes. We even picked up some weathertech matts for the F250.

John did an AWESOME job fixing the air conditioning on my 2016 Mustang! After multiple unsuccessful trips to the local Ford dealership to have the issue fixed, I took the car to Prewitts. John took the time to talk with me personally when I dropped the car off so I could explain everything going on with the A/C system. A few hours later John had the issue diagnosed and corrected. Turns out the dealer put too much oil and not enough refrigerant in my system. Over one month later, the A/C is still blowing super cold! I will return for future automotive repair needs, and highly recommend them

Awesome place! New to the area and Prewitt was recommended from a coworker who said her dad uses them only. Best advice ever, my car up and died on me and I had no idea why, used their tow service partner and got it into their shop. I originally thought it was a bad starter or alternator, got a new battery and still no power. Long story short, they got the car in and they could have said it was whatever and I would have been stuck, but just like all the other post, they were honest and said it only a bad cable connection to which they replaced.They won a new customer, taking both cars in to them only now and will only let others know of Prewitt Auto!Thanks! I have been taking my cars (and SUVs) to Prewitts for a few years now. They are the best and most honest people I have ever used as an auto repair service. Family owned, Leeland and his wife are the best! Everyone there are always willing to lend a helping hand and get you taken care of. Here is a quick example. I showed up without and appointment on Friday morning (always a busy day for auto repair). They were totally full. My Nissan Murano was making a terrible noise. They said they would quickly check it out. They test drove it and put it on the rack. Found out it was a slow leak from my power steering hose and that I was very low on power steering fluid. They topped it off and got me back on the road. They printed an estimate of the replacement of the hose and just asked that I come back on Monday and they would repair. They charged me nothing. You will never get this kind of service from a corporation. They have always treated me like this. So please with these guys.
