My husband took our Mercedes ML320 to Rob Parker at Bosch German Auto Service to get the center support bearing replaced. He had his own part, and was told that our vehicle would be ready the next business day. He took it in on Monday, and he told my husband that he would have it back by Tuesday afternoon. mind you my husband is a mechanic by trade, and could’ve done the work myself except that he is healing from a back injury. He knows that replacing this part takes 2 hours of labor. Rob Parker, however took 3 days to replace the part which did not require for him to open the hood of our SUV. We get our vehicle back and 1. It’s completely on E, so hubby goes to get gas, then 2. When he tries to start it up, the vehicle immediately shuts down ( Mind you the SUV has a new engine in it). Long story short, if you have a Mercedes or BMW, do not take it there. He completely messed up our vehicle, and expressed no remorse or regret about it! We will never utilize his service again!!!

I was traveling to Savannah, Ga. in my BMW to see family and my AC blower failed. Despite most of the staff being on vacation, the owner ordered the parts for me and fixed it the next day. A+++ service. Prices are also very fair for German car repair.
