I havent gotten any work done (yet), but already the customer service is above & beyond! The staff is SO nice & attentive. Theyre knowledgeable & dont mind educating you if you ask questions. Ive called *several* times regarding an update about my car & each time I was told someone would call me back and they *never* did. This is very poor service!

I was involved in a collision. I had only had the truck for a week so I was most anxious to get it taken care of and back as soon as possible. The responded to my questions and concerns and did excellent work. This is the third vehicle Ive had repaired here and Id use them again without hesitation.

Doug, Leann, and the rest of the crew provided an overall excellent experience for me while my Sierra was in their hands. The customer service was very communicative and supportive, and the work was outstanding! All damage was professionally fixed making my truck look brand new again. Any question or concern I had was addressed quickly and appropriately. I had numerous interactions with Doug and Leann specifically and each time they treated me like family. Thieves and insurance scam artist. Charged my insurance $1800 for 2 minor chips that needed fixing. Explained to me both bumpers needed to come off and sensors needed to be calibrated. They did none of that. They airbrushed the front chip locally and there was overspray everywhere, paint was rough, bubbles. They never fixed the back issue and lied and claimed they fixed a dent my car never had. They were adamant my car had another sent that never existed. I have pictures to prove everything. The owner got really nasty with me. Then I saw the original issue I had on the rear bumper, they tried to fix with crazy glue because the foam that supports the bumper was now all melted from the adhesive they used. Then the areas they tried to touch up didnt even match my paint color. This place is dishonest, cheated my insurance for $1800 for work that was worth about $100. They lied about taking my bumpers off and calibrating sensors. They did none of that. Then created a story about work that never took place. The owner took his toothless accomplice in the back for a half hour and wouldnt talk to me as they corroborated their ruse. Stay away! Owner is a thief and should be arrested for insurance scamming. I have all the proof to support it.

Doug and his team were absolutely amazing! The quality of their work, their professionalism, and communication is top notch. They repaired my Audi, with OEM parts, and it looks brand new! They called me and kept me updated on every step, and finished the car repairs early. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Recently brought my jeep in for repairs after an accident, Car looked better than pre- accident condition. Jan kept me updated through the repairs and dealt with my insurance company so I didnt have to. Will defiantly bring my vehicle here if anything should happen again.

Hands down best customer service!!! My father recommended Doug at Advanced Collision after he repaired some work on his car due to a manufacture paint issue, and my dad was very happy with his work! I was rear-ended and decided to take my car to Doug as well, he did a great job, and stay in touch with me through the entire process! Since then, my sister has also had him repair her Honda pilot from an accident recently! We will be using Doug from now on! He is truly one of the good ones!

Be careful with employees car parts go missing

I would give them 10 stars if I was able. Doug and the Staff at Advanced Collision are the best- professional, polite, friendly, affordable, and efficient. Im retired military and a USAA member that needed to file a claim for my daughters fender-bender. We live in NC and she lives in GA. I didnt have to do anything but report the accident. USAA and Advanced Collision did the rest. Doug kept me informed throughout the process and finished the car a day earlier than expected so my daughter could make a meeting in NC. We absolutely recommend this business for any body shop needs.
