My husband and I have been having an ongoing issue with getting Allstate to complete a claim x 4 mos. Jeffrey reached out to evaluate our satisfaction level with his service, unaware of our issue.When we told him what was going on, he responded the same day (on a Sunday) to see if he could set up a call with us. He spoke with us today to get more details and contacted our claims rep on our behalf. His advocacy has spurred much needed action so we can get this issue resolved. We are impressed with his quick response to our feedback and thankful for his help with this situation.
