Went in early this morning to have one of the light bulbs replaced in my turn signals. The job was done very quickly and for a great price. Brian was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure the experience I had was great!

I was heading back to Nebraska this morning during the snow storm when my check engine light came on before I headed out. This location was the only one open on a Sunday so I swung in. I waiting for the oil change next to me to be done and he came over and read the code. After fixing my car by adding just a quart of oil he came over and said “It’s getting bad out and I want you to head home. No charge today”. It was such an act of kindness that won’t be forgotten.We made it home and my light didn’t come on again!Great service at this location!!

A little more expensive than I am used to, but why cant everyone else do the oil change this quickly? I dont feel like anything was missed?

Stopped in for an oil change before work with an hour to spare, Julius had my car in and out in under 15 minutes!! Super fast, friendly, and a clean place. They weren’t pushy trying to sell extras and they had a $15 off coupon on their website. Will be back

Came in for an oil change, they put air in my tires and checked my check engine light for me before I even asked! Super kind and friendly to someone who doesnt know much about cars. They are never pushy with their other services, and always honest and helpful when I ask a million questions about my old car and its problems. Always have a pleasant experience when I end up stopping in. They even offer to top off my oil for free every time. I always leave feeling better about my day.

I had a quick and easy experience at this Jiffy Lube in Savage. The staff were not trying to push me to get services done, they just gave their recommendations and asked what I wanted to do. Also, Nic and the crew did a good clean job and I would definitely recommend them!

I use to be a strong supporter of Jiffy Lube. I wish I could be leaving a 5 star review here today, but after my recent experience with this location I am just left disappointed with the service I received here.I wanted a simple oil change here, and was then informed that there were multiple “problems” with my vehicle. I understood that there may be some issues in my vehicle that I was not aware of, but when I refused some additional charges of $100 I was told my car would break down without it. I gave in and told them I would pay for it. Upon waiting for 20 minutes I was then informed that the tire gauge was ruined, and they destroyed my tire. I understood that mistakes happen. 10 minutes later I was informed that my tire sensor also broke by an employee of theirs called Tanner. This upset me as I was already paying around $350 worth of a bill. They tried to replace that tire they broke with MY spare and not have to pay for a new tire. This in itself was enough to make me lose my temper.Then they ended up sending me with the employee Tanner to Big O’ Tires to get it replaced. I do not believe I have ever had a worse interaction with an employee in my life. The Jiffy Lube employee Tanner was disrespectful and blamed me for breaking it, when I wasn’t even present for him breaking it in the first place. The people at big O’ Tires treated me like a person while Tanner dropped the problems created by Jiffy Lube off at Big O’ Tires. Tanner ended up leaving me at Big O’ Tires to take care of the issue myself and make me pay for their mistake.This is without a doubt the worst customer service Jiffy Lube has to offer. And it saddens me that I have to leave a one star review for a place I use to love going to.I highly recommend going to Big O’ Tires instead. Better prices and better service.

The two service technicians that were on the job 2/18/18 were very good. Explained everything that was wrong or needed to be done. My car is a Pontiac Grand Am with almost 300,000 miles on it so they had a nice list for me. Needless to say we just had the oil changed and put new wiper blades on. If Im ever in the area Ill stop in again!

Went at 7:10am and again at 7:30am and they were closed on a Saturday. The website and door said they open at 7:00am. I ended up going somewhere more reliable.

3-24-19 9:32amI had an appt at another shop for 1pm for a really good price but I wanted it done earlier if possible so I thought I would call around at other local shops to see if they compare prices.I called Jiffy Lube in Savage and asked, the guy who answered pompously said No, we arent Walmart, so I said ok and hung up and said to my wife right away well, I guess we wont ever be going there. Instead of being wise maybe try and say we dont, but we provide a great service and our prices are competitive.We are newer to the area and are looking for regular businesses to go.***Update: I emailed them and said I would hear back from the local district manager and never received a contact back.

It was not a bad experience. But it took way to long. I was told 30 to 40 minutes which was fine it was more like 60 to 70 minutes. I had other people come and leave before me. My fiance had to walk home from work cause I couldnt get my car. Left frustrated, asked if i could not get the tire rotarion so i could go get him but refused because they were just starting it.

Always have had good service here, they arent pushy with their other services, nice quiet waiting room. Right by Target if you need to run errands while waiting. Its my go to place got the routine maintanence...has been four years, through a few vehicles.

I went into get my oil changed and it took over an hour. They blamed me for my oil filter being on too tight. Once my oil change was done, there was a noise coming from my car. I brought it back to have it fixed and they said it was fine. I later learn that my oil filter cover/pan was dragging and I brought it in and they said they could zip tie it on. Then they had me come back a day later and the manager said that he might be able to fix it and that it wasnt really necessary for the car to have. He offered $35 off my next oil change when I was granted a $25 off my next oil change from a promo going on. I should not have had to go in 3 times to have my oil filter over/ pan fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Would not recommend this location. First time ever going to a Jiffy Lube and will never go back to any location again. Everything was fine until I was notified that the tire valve stem was broken on one tire. Gentlemen went on saying that it was normal as he is holding the cap in his hand. The valve was dangling, half of it almost completely off. Went in for a routine oil change and left with a spare tire. Now I have to pay more money for the tire pressure system to be replaced on that one tire. On the plus side customer service okay.

Asked for a simple oil change, using high mileage oil. Expected to pay between 40 and 50 dollars. The bill was 75 dollars! Please do not go here.

I have been to this location several times and its always been very good. Joe is knowledgeable and trustworthy .

I stopped in today and told the mechanics/managers outside that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. After beginning the process, the mechanic said they didn’t have staff to preform a tire rotation. When I picked up my car I was given a receipt and no explanation on what work was done or any recommendations of service.

Got my oil changed. A month later my car stalled in the middle of the street. Had to have it towed to a mechanic. First question he asked me once he looked at my car was did you recently have an oil change? Turns out Jiffy lube managed to rip and not put back in properly my air filter...which screwed up a lot of things and cost me almost $400. Dont go here!!

Never had a oil change before where the techs had me pull the dipstick for them and take the oil cap off until today. Whats next, change the filter for them also?

Overpriced oil changes. Counter guy kept pushing for premium oil changes for $60. Added a $3 donation to the bill without permission - couldnt reset oil change service warning in dashboard. It is difficult to recommend these folks.

Have gone here 2 times now because NTB had rediculous wait times. Always fast and friendly, definitely worth a little extra money

I went to have my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and Apple Valley and while He was under The rack I asked them to put a fuel filter in they said they couldnt do it there but it was $59 so they sent me over to savage when I got there they said they had the part And they Would do it They went on The computer said $59 and The guy said no way thats without labor so I said OK whatever I went and sat down 15 minutes later He came back And said it was a $180 so they charged me over a $100 for 15 minutes of labor never going back there again

I pulled in to Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change. The guy that approached me was very rude and after calling me out to get my information was rude again. I have been to many jiffy lubes and have never been treated like this. I told them to pull it out and left. Wouls not recommend this location.

I just tried to get an oil change on 4/16/19 at 5:30pm. When I pulled up a couple girls parked and were walking in the shop. Some kid working comes out and says we are about to have a “business meeting” with them and denied my service. I said that’s a poor business strategy refusing business and Left.

Showed up 45 minutes before closing and they had 1 car in the shop. I waited 5 minutes before someone came out and said they would be working on that car for the rest of the night. This was the second bad experience so I had to write something.
