SWS has exceeded our expectation in just doing the task of picking up our household garbage to resizing the bin to fit our needs to bringing the bin up the driveway to price matching. Really appreciate our hauler! She rocks! This is also a local business which made our decision to move from Randy’s (25+yrs) to Southwest very seamless.

This company is amazing. Always such friendly service, drivers wave to the kids, phone ladies are great. We have had them several years now, and twice have missed our garbage pickup (our own fault). Both times theyve come back to pick up. No extra fees or hidden charges, and much less expensive than our previous hauler.

Impressed from day one. We moved from another service to Suburban as they were much more affordable. They were quick to respond to my online request for info, answered all my questions and billing was a breeze. I love that they are out picking up trash early in the morning so the cans dont have to sit out all day. Weve had a couple of instances where a wet yard bag broke, and they even cleaned up the debris that fell out of the bags! Great service.

Its the 5th of July and I didnt put my trashcan out for SWS. I saw the truck drive by. My wife called and asked if there was anything they could do? The lady who answers the phone is AWESOME and helped us out. Our thrash was picked up a couple hours later. Great customer service. Friendly staff. 5 stars all the way.

They’ve been great, pickup is always on time and any time I call to have bulk items priced and picked up there are no issues and the reps are always friendly and helpful.Overall, great service and company!!!

Just want to thank Mo for waiting for me while I got one more box in the recycling. Not everyone would wait for a middle aged women and her old dog trying to run up the road! He even lifted the garbage can lid for me to put the garbage in and gave my dog a treat! Thank you so the great customer service-its nice to see

Rude! The customer service lady should tone it down a bit...They overcharge. At closing the service they threatened me with collections when I elected to send them a check SIX DAYS after closing that service. It was completely unnecessary.Before I got a voice mail about collections as well.Switching to Vierkant.

We have loved this garbage service for the past three years. I just called billing because there was a mistake on our invoice and they were so rude! What a sad way to treat your customers when you’re the ones that made the error.The very rude people in the office told me they would call me back …..They never did! Happy to switch to another garbage company because of your poor customer service!

Met one of the garbage drivers in Eden prarie today she was the nicest woman Ive met she had the face of an Angel she said her name was Jessica. I thought garbage day was a day late because of the 4th of july so I didnt have my bins out. She walked up to my garage and brought them down and dumped the trash. I ran out to thank her and apologize for not having them out. You will be getting big tip this Christmas. Thanks again Jessica I appreciate everything you do!

This morning we forgot to put our bins out by the curb. I was just about to when I saw the recycling truck come by and with a sinking feeling, thought our waste would not go this week. One of the workers hopped off the truck, ran up our driveway and dragged our waste bin out while grabbing the recycling. I did not expect that and I’m very grateful to him for such great service! Made the right decision by switching from WM!

I thought I found a good garbage company to work with. It turns out they refused to pick up my garbage from my driveway, after they quoted me service and I cancelled our old service. Apparently attention to detail is not part of their great customer service???

We had to leave for out of town for the unexpected death of my father. When we got home our garbage was emptied even though we didnt put it out. We leave our containers on the side if our garage and they took the time to walk up our driveway to get them. Thank you for going above and beyond what is expected!
