Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason helped me find the right lift kit for my 4Runner and explained how it would fix the problem I had with my tires. They ordered the lift and got me scheduled quickly once it arrived. They had my truck for exactly as long as they said they would. And most importantly, when I got it back, it was looking and working great. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Anthony did a great job on my infiniti m35 and worked very fast, in 1.2 hr my car had a completely different personality, i get a lot of compliments on the look and sound of my new exhaust. Their price is unbeatable in the area, there are no hidden fees or extra money for new hangers and pipes, everything was included in the quoted price and very competitive. John the owner was very friendly as well and made me feel very welcome as a new customer. they work on everything from classic, domestic, and imports. Anthony can and will fabricate any style. Jason, Anthony and John were awesome. Walking in there I told them exactly what I wanted.. I told them to make my car sound LOUD. I requested a full 3inch straight pipe with 4inch tips and let me tell you, Anthony made my 2004 Mazda 6S sound like a BEAST!! These guys made getting a new exhaust system easy and affordable. They are my go to guys for my future exhaust modifications. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

I left a review several months ago. I would go about this saying I had a bad experience but let’s be real here, John is a money hungry person. He feels the need to keep his business running by overcharging and misdiagnosing issues. He is an exhaust shop and should not be repairing anything more than that. My brother and all of his friends raved about the shop and how good it was that’s why I went there. I knew I should’ve went to Jamie as one stop. He treats the girls with respect. I brought my car here in March, my car was stalling, John told me that my cat code/clogged cat being repaired would 100% fix this issue. He avoided/ignored the real issue which was a vacuum leak. My neighbor got the same codes he did and John overlooked it. Why replace an $8 vacuum line when you can make $300 off of an innocent girl and then on top of that slap on 2 $50 belts even though she called and told you not to touch them. Slapped on another $300 so that when I went to pick up my car.. the bill went from $300 to $600 WITHOUT my permission. I do not recommend this shop. He doesn’t do any work on the vehicles himself, he dictates. This is why he fired a very valuable employee recently and since then his business isn’t doing well. Please save yourself a headache and avoid this shop for anything more than exhaust work.

The mechanics here (Anthony/Jay) have been handling most of my custom work the last few years. From High Performance, EFI or straight engine swaps, they can handle it all. So glad to find a garage I can trust and mechanics who can get the job right the first time..

Anthony is the man. Hell do everything he can to provide excellent customer service in getting the sound you want for your car. Gone here for every exhaust upgrade and wouldnt recommend going anywhere else

Great shop with honest, hard working, and knowledgable staff. Ive been taking my EVO, and Galant VR4 for modifications and maintenance here for years and have never left disappointed. Guys at chaotic went above and beyond to make sure the work on my truck was done correctly and professionally. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the lift they helped me install on my truck. Though the guys did run into a lot of obstacles with rust/rot where the bolts were supposed to go along the way .They always had a solution to fix it and it’s been fine ever since the lift was installed. Not once did they change the price because of running into rust issues,mind you they had to do more additional work because of it. I’ve also had my exhaust done here and couldn’t of been happier with it. I would trust this shop with all my mechanical needs. That is rare coming from me as i rarely let anyone touch my vehicles nor trust them. I can say i trust this shop 100%. Fantastic work and highly recommend.

Change parts at whim without customers approval with inflated hours and fail to fix the initial issue. They then take no accountability and make no effort to correct their mistakes.

This shop should not be open they do not fix cars they make more issues for you to pay them even more to fix they are greedy and they don’t know how to diagnose a problem. They have made multiple mistakes with my car and people I know, I would recommend Jamie’s one stop over this little kids shop #SorryNotSorry chaotic you guys really are the worst

A couple of months back I went in to get the muffler taken off my car for sound, the work looks perfect and has held up great. They got me in quickly the same day.

These guys kicked some major arse setting up my new Rough country shocks on my 97 4runner. The install looks completely OEM and the welds look like a robot did them. Big shout out to anthony for puttin in some great work on my ride. She glides over all terrain like smooth concrete.
