Anyone thinking of getting a hearing aid, don’t hesitate about going to Anita at Miracle-Ear in Saugus. She will take the time to make sure that you get the right fit. After having mine for over two years and loving it, I made the mistake of wearing it in the shower (BIG NO NO). She was so understanding and helpful, and spent quite a lot of time fixing it at no charge! Can’t say enough good things about her great service.

The staff at this Miracle Ear location are very proficient, knowledgeable and polite. We are very pleased to have worked with them. The location is quite accessible.
