Ive dealt with another hearing aid situation and switched over to Anita at Beltone Saugus. It was a game changer for me and my quality of life. Anita and her staff are kind and patient as they try their best to resolve my issues ( which they did) . They were also very informative about some new technology out there allowing me to make the best choices for my situation with no pressure. These are little things I wasnt getting with my previous provider, that make a world of difference. I cant say there is one thing I would change, so happy to have connected with them.

Anita is fantastic! This is my first time here and my experience was great! My hearing aids were ordered on a Monday and in on Tuesday. The place I went before took forever and weren’t very thorough with my exam. So my appointment is at 1:00 for my fitting and I can’t wait to be able to hear again. I have been wearing hearing devices for over 20 years. This is not my first set of Beltone. But this is the first time Ive had such a comfortable feeling. Anita is amazing. I learned so much about using these devices, but I also learned what my older ones did that I was never made aware of. It is great to have someone take the time to educate me. And I bought these at another Beltone store. They need an Anita.

My mother was getting so mad at me for getting after her to wear her hearing aides. Then Anita from Beltone got through to her and showed her how her hearing declined and how important it is to wear them every day. My mom now finally wears them every day! YAY! For the past three years, Anita and her team have been so wonderful to deal with! The hearing aides are awesome because they can be adjusted and found if lost on an iPhone! So glad we made the choice of using Beltone!!

I am soo glad and blessed that I went to Beltone Saugus for all my hearing needs there staff is top notch and very friendly and helped me get the perfect hearing aids for my needs! It is so nice to finally hear Farther Burks homily And to not have to wake the neighbors and the kids by blasting my TV at night now the cat even stays on the bed with me when im watching TV . I am vey grateful to Anita and Cindy they are truly the BEST !!! And they will help u out with any claims that have to be forwarded and do it for you! All u have to do is sit back relax and enjoy the ride.....i just wanted to add i am going on a little more than a year now and have upgraded to the new bluetooth hearing aids and oh my goodness they are truly amazing!!! these babies sync right to my I phone and i can listen to my music and answer my phone calls they go right to my hearing aids and i love the new carrycase it comes with no more buying batteries just put them in the case and charge them up! bang!!!
