I was shopping around to get in a better vehicle but still owed a lot on my current. After having two failed attempts, I went to York Ford. Not only did they help. They got me 4K on my trade then other dealers in the area. Wow! I was able to get into a 2020 Ford Escape. Jim Fauci, made the experience super fun. He was in constant contact me as the financing caught a snag and delayed things for about a week. When I was ready to call it quits, Jim was the one that said. Completely unprofessional and shady! We called at closing and the truck was available no customers or sales people left said ok will be there when you open. We were the first ones there and the truck was sold supposedly. Drove 2.5 hours for nothing. All to be played games with. Felt bad for The salesmen Bill as it was someone else that did this to us. Bill was professional and polite. As for the sales manager he was unprofessional and rude!

Horrible service, went in to look at a car. Sales man decided he wanted to talk numbers before even showing us the car and kept asking unnecessary questions, like if the person buying the car had a license or credit when he was told they were trading in a lease. Do not recommend this place at all.

I kind of expect a battle whenever buying a new vehicle. But purchasing a truck at York Ford was actually pretty enjoyable. Andy, the online sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Brittany and Bob from the sales department were easy to talk details with about negotiating the price, knowledgeable about the process and knew the product. I felt like they were working with me to get the deal that made the most sense for me. I had shopped around for loans from credit unions and had planned on using my own financing from the start, but Cheryl the financing rep got me better financing than I had expected and was very knowledgeable about vehicle service and maintenance. Overall a great buying experience. These are the type people you’d want to have a beer with.
The worst experience trying to sell my car here! I can’t say for the whole team but that one gentleman treated me like I was begging for food! Bought a 2017 ford explorer with about 24,000 miles Feb 3rd, 2021& on Feb 11,2021 the engine light turned on. I immediately texted Lee (the person who sold me the car) & received no response. That Saturday on Feb 13th, I brought my car to the Quick Lane & they told me there was something wrong with the oxygen sensor #2. Dave who works there told me he ordered the parts necessary to repair my car but I still needed to go to York Ford to let them know they will be receiving parts for my vehicle in the next few days. He also said, my car needed to be repaired there. So right after being at the Quick Lane, I went right to York Ford to let them know. I couldnt find anyone in the repair dept so I spoke to Lee & showed him the receipt I was given. Lee brought it over to another guy & he looked at the receipt & reassured me, I would be receiving a call from them in the next few days to bring my vehicle in to get it repaired. I waited & waited & never received a call from them. On Feb 18th I gave them a call to see whats up. I spoke to Keith that does repairs there & he told me my name was not in the system & there was no history of anything being wrong with my vehicle. I was so upset & I couldnt believe what he was telling me. Not only did I wasted all that time but now I had to make an appointment with him & wait MORE time for them to just look at my car. (Also side note: I love how now they are trying to make it seem that there was something wrong with the car AFTER having it for only a few days or even blaming me when they messed up & never communicated properly with me).Keith ended up booking an appointment for that upcoming Tuesday (Feb 23rd) for them to just see my car to then order anything necessary for the repair.On Feb 19th, I called Quick Lane to see if I can get any answers. I spoke to Jeff there & he was very nice & even remembered me coming in that past Saturday (Feb 13th). I reminded him of the situation & he told me he was easily able to find me in the system, remembered what was wrong with my vehicle & reassured me Dave had order whatever it was my car needed to York Ford. He said that they pretty much did me wrong for not communicating with me & letting me know that I apparently had to call them back to make an appointment. (Remember it was MY understanding, York was going to call me whenever they received the parts for the repair) They did not tell me this at all.All I have to say is, I am VERY dissapointed of how horrible the customer service is here. Apparently the lack of communication & lack of urgency to help a customer out its not their top priority. Before buying a vehicle everyone is all SO nice & kind but once the whole process is done & they have the money on their hands, everything goes out the window.Also I want to point out, after buying my car, it should have been given to me in perfect condition & the fact that after just one week, the engine light turned on, its baffling to me. The car was given to me that way & now they want nothing to do with it. I can only imagine, they will ARGUE that I DID something to it.I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM.
Took a car there to get it Inspected so we could register it in Massachusetts. Also the engine light came on and wanted that checked out as well . Dropped the car off Sunday morning, didn’t hear anything that Monday, turns out when we called they hadn’t looked at it, they asked if an employee could drive it home so they could see if the censor resets, never heard of that before, but whatever . Tuesday comes around and still nothing . Finally Wednesday we called and it still wasn’t done . Just told them we are going to come and pick up the car, understanding that’s they couldn’t pass the car until something resets which apparently goes away after you drive it for so long . We drove the car 5 miles and got a warning the coolant was over heating, none of the fans in the car were turning on, of course it was fine before this dealership had it, now they are playing clueless, took it back Thursday and they want $1200 to fix it . What a freaken joke . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here . Clearly their mechanics have no idea what they are doing, and now they are trying to claim they don’t know why the car did what it did right after it left their shop-edit : since I am unable to respond to the owner . He is mistaken . This car does not have 150,000 miles on it, not sure what he is talking about .
Service Manager Christine is awesome, simply the best person. She is always upbeat, cheery, friendly and honest about what direction I should in for some repairs. My truck is always ready when promised. Most of the time they throw in a wash and vacuum.

Ive been taking my cars to the Quick Lane for years for oil changes. They do a nice job with the oil changes (synthetic blend), topping off fluids and tire air pressures. Also appreciate them checking on regular maintenance such as air filters, brakes and tire condition.
My contact person was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and nothing was done that didnt need to be. Would recommend others getting service there.
I bought a $21,500 car from York Ford over a month ago. I went through a dealership because, though I know their prices are usually higher, I figured that (you would assume) customer service would be good and also you would drive away with a working vehicle. Also this being a FORD dealership, I held expectation. I was HIGHLY disappointed and I am still having to fix mistakes theyve made.Heres the list:There are no shocks or struts on this car. I have been quoted over $1,500 for work that needs to be put into it.... really? I thought spending $21,500 would be a guarantee of proper mechanical service. Obviously with York Ford of Saugus, this isnt the case.The customer service: They were super kind when I came in. Very awesome/friendly. However, once I wired my money to them for the vehicle, that completely changed. They were super slow. Regularly acting annoyed and frustrated when I would call to discuss registration options, etc. Also the car needed a few repairs which were suppose to take a week but ended up taking two. Again, when I would call York Ford to check up on the status of MY car, I was treated with disrespect.York Ford, isnt this your job? - to sell cars/answer questions? - You know, to KNOW things about the process? Why the attitude?By the time the car was ready, I was already two weeks into my own rental car. When I emphasized this with my sales rep, he assured me the car would be ready for pick up on the day my rental car needed to be returned at the Boston Airport. I got to York Ford when they open at 9am, on the dot, to finish signing papers so that I could return my rental car at 12pm.....3 hours is plenty of time to sign a few papers... right? Well.Not with York Ford of Saugus.They made mistakes on my registration and I was there until 11:45am. They offered me a free 24 hour rental with Hertz so I could return the one I was paying for out of pocket (which they were super reluctant to do and acted as if was my fault once again. So continuing with their attitude...)The next day, I returned the Hertz rental at York Ford and picked up my car. I was SO happy to be done with York Ford.However, I just checked my bank account and Hertz is taking money out of my account for the York Ford rental! When I called Hertz a moment ago, they said its because York Ford hasnt returned the Hertz rental.....SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!Not only am I having to drop over $1,500 on repairs to a vehicle that, was well over-priced, but also on repairs that should have been done by York Ford themselves before putting a $21,500 car on the lot! And now Im also being charged for a rental car that they havent returned after almost 3 weeks of having it? Woah woah. Insane.So now I have to call York Ford, remind them to return the rental so I can get this Hertz hold off my card. Again, having to fix their mistakes.Do not buy from York Ford. Dont waste your time or money.Go somewhere else.

Went in on a Friday night an hour before closing. Vehicle I went to look at was priced more than fairly. Went for a test drive, liked the vehicle, quick negotiation, and we came to an agreement. Banks were closed since it was after hours. The following day the finance manager called me and let me know about who my lien-holder was going to be. Wasn’t able to pick up the truck until Wednesday because of the liner that was being installed. I took off one start because it was agreed that I was coming in Monday on my lunch break to sign the paperwork but that wasn’t ready. My lunch got pushed a little longer than normal. Overall it was a positive experience and would recommend them.

UNPLEASANT experience with this dealer. Me first time here, bringing a Toyota SUV for an inspection sticker. I have been told the car failed the inspection because of a non-working rear seat belt and also has a failed rear side maker light. I checked it myself afterward. The seatbelt not working because the technician could not find the seatbelt attachment which is position underneath the seat and he assumed it is broken. The rear maker light is actually a reflector, not a light. I would suggest not to bring a non-Ford vehicle to here for inspection, as I have been told by the service advisor. The technician here is not knowledgeable for non-Ford vehicle. It costs me the time to bring the car to re-inspect for issues that dont exist. I WON’T COME BACK TO THIS DEALER AGAIN.
Came in on Presidents day to buy a vehicle. Lee was very easy to work with. No back and forth to the sales manager 10 times before we agreed on a price. Finance Manger was very honest and pleasant to work with. The overall buying experience was hassle free. Would recommend this place to others.

In December I bought a car at York Ford in Saugus. Andy, Cheryl, Brittney, Bill and the Sales Manager Bobby were an incredible team to work with. Every time I called the dealership for any type of issue, whether it was to ask a question, get details, or inquire about timing these people were kind, courteous, caring and understanding. Buying a car is a very time consuming, nerve racking process to have to go through. The team at York Ford made sure from the minute I walked in and was greeted, until taking my car home, they made sure they walked me through each step, making me feeling like I was the only customer. When there were a few minor issues with the car (no ones fault) they were extremely conscientious of my time. As busy as the dealership was, they kept the pace and quality. I would also like to give a special thank you to Andy. Andy made us feel like he was the team captain, and I will say I did call a lot, and no matter how many times I had to call Andy never made me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Whenever he said he would call back, he did not only did he call back, he would find the right person for the right situation that was going on with my car. I recently had a dented rear bumper replaced on my Ford F-150 pick-up truck at the York Ford Collision Center. I dropped the truck off at 8:30 AM and all the work was done during one day. The entire experience was first rate service from drop-off to the finished repair with delivery of my truck to my door by 4PM. I would recommend York Ford without hesitation to anyone requiring first class service for very reasonable prices and expert repair quality.

Be careful of this place. Don’t trust them and do your math. When they tell you that you need $1500 worth of repairs you should now it is only $150, they like to add zeros and start with tuneups instead of fixing the issue.

Waited three weeks for a service appointment just to have the truck sit there for a week without anyone looking at it? The adviser never called me to give me an update or an excuse. Either they dont care or just dont know what there doing most likely a combination of both. I picked up the truck today in literally the exact same spot I left it last Monday with nothing done. I made special arrangements last week to get rides into work to and from for nothing. Have not got a call still from anyone there, guess they rather me just go away so Im taking it to Stoneham Ford instead hopefully for a better experience.

Cheryl from the finance department was very informative and helped me the best she could with the numbers. I in good faith cant recommend this place. Twice I emailed inquiries about an expedition and trading in my explorer. Twice no response. One was to the internet manager which I know. And one was to the business manager. Maybe it had to do with my spouse choosing not to follow the york kia family over to Ford. I dont know. Maybe not. But theyre sure fast to give him an interview when hes not employed. They lost a sale and all future sales from this family. I can guarantee that. I went somewhere else to get a larger suv. Save your time and dont go here. The last time I came here an employee even admitted theyre more expensive here than competing ford dealers.
Recently I took my Ford Taurus to York Ford for its 40,000 mile oil change and to have a routine maintenance check done. They did the necessary maintenance service and oil change even though I did not have a service appointment. I love the new location because its easier to get into, is easier to park and when its time to leave easier to get back onto Rt.1. The service person was friendly, very helpful and even remembered who I was. With all of the repair customers that come to York Ford, that detail was quite impressive. Overall a very good visit.

Don’t look anywhere else, York always has the best prices! My family and I have purchased or leased 4 cars with Jim Fauci through the years and I always go back to Jim. He is so easy going and makes everything a breeze, no hassle, and no tricks. If you are looking for a new or used Ford, you have to go to York and ask for Jim.

Great Reception when I brought my F-150 for the first time there to do an oil change.The thing I loved the most is the freedom to just walk in and be served. Usually other dealers ask at least 2 weeks ahead, sometimes not a good time of the day, to do a simple oil change. I totally recommend them so far.The guy who served me was very friedly.
