We just had our windows replaced by the Polusa Construction and are very happy with the outcome! Our house looks amazing with new impact resistant windows! Marta was great with all the scheduling and prep work like obtaining permits. Greg and his team were efficient and worked so good together - smoothly going from room to room. They had 13 windows to do in our place and they did it within 5 hours leaving our house spotless. Highly recommend this team of professionals!

We interviewed other window/door installers before selecting Polusa Construction. We are very happy with our choice. We contracted to have all door and windows replaced with PGT wind/impact resistant products. Greg explained the job in detail and was exceptionally responsive to our email questions. He and his crew arrived on schedule, completed the job over a period of two days and dis an excellent job of cleaning up after the work. We have absolutely no reservation in recommending Polusa Construction.

I love this Company. Marta is so efficient in making all the arrangements, permits, schedules and appointments /calls. And the installers are punctual, they sing and are happy when they work and get along, they all speak English!!! They are honest, dressed appropriate, introduce themselves, answer questions, work the whole time, clean up - like they were never there... awesome!! Such a 5 Star experience... Polusa Construction replaced our windows and doors. They were AMAZING! They cleaned as they installed each window. They had to cut mutiple large windows out of stucko and they actually had a guy with a blower blowing the dust away as they were cutting. We do not even have to replace any stucco or paint afterward (which we were prepared to do). They were like a well oiled machine. At one point they had multiple crews working to get the job done in one day. We had 13 windows and a door. When the job was done, the only evidence we had that work was done was our beautiful windows. I am someone who hardly if ever writes reviews and I couldnt wait to write this one.Robert Kuskin

This company replaced 22 windows in our two story home yesterday. A crew of 7 arrived at 10:00 am and were finished by 4:00 pm. My husband and I were amazed at the skill, efficiency, care, cleanliness and professionalism that they presented. These young men got right to work. They communicated and interacted with us all day and they made it a great experience. It was a hot, steamy day but they worked tirelessly. We had worried about having our home open to the weather for two days as originally scheduled, but that never materialized. Would highly recommend this company for any work needing to be done in your home.

We bought PGT line through Home Depot. They ensured us the installation will be performed by a highly quality crew.We could not agree more, the installation was performed by POLUSA Construction in SRQ. At 9:00 am, eight highly skilled, top notch installers, were at our doorstep. By 11:30 am all old doors/windows were uninstalled. The team was focused and passionate about the task on hand. They worked well together, by each knowing their role and kept the atmosphere light. POLUSA did not shy away from tweaks such as adding borders around the outside of the doors and applying stucco to cavities which old hurricane shutters left behind. We were blessed to have Greg and his crew ensure a quality product becomes installed correctly.We are very happy with result!
