We have waited a long time, 4-1/2 months. Owner of company called today stating the industry is having problems delivering doors and windows because of Covid. I will give them an opportunity to make things good and post the results for the world to see!!!!

Received a call from one of their sales people about windows installation. I was currently in the market for windows, so told them I was interested in making an appointment for a quote. He made an appointment for the next evening, and they even had another person call the next day to confirm. Well the appointment time came and went and he was a no show, no call, nothing. About a 3 weeks later a received another call from this company asking if I was interested in a window quote, I explained that the previous person did not show for the appointment(and I took off work), and I was not interested in doing business with his company. I asked him to please remove my number from their sales call list. Well its been about 3 weeks and they still call every other day harassing me for a window quote. If this is how they treat me and Im not even a customer, I couldnt even imagine how they do business.

We ordered window coverings and delivery was expected in 4-5 weeks. 4 weeks after placing our order and providing a 50% deposit, we were unable to get order status. Owner was unavailable, refused to return my calls, when I finally did reach him, he said they needed to come measure and set up an appointment one week later. Nobody came to measure. When I spoke with the person who was to measure, he said he never got a request to measure. One week after that, repeated calls to office generated promises for owner to return my call. After sales person hung up on me, owner did call, but had no status. I requested an immediate full refund.

My home had a broken window they sent out a service technician whom secured my old window until the new one came in. Everyone we came into contact with at this company was pleasant to deal with. They wore masks and gloves. Me and my wife will be replacing the rest of our windows in our home within the next year with this company. They exceeded our expectations we would definitely recommend.

Leo was great, he took the time to explain and teach us a lot of things we could do to reduce our electric bill in detail. He showed up on time and made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely utilize Home Energy Advisors when we are ready to remodel. We loved the selection of manufacturers they carry.

Great company to do business with, we had a broken window in our sons bedroom. They were able to come out the next day and ordered us a replacement window.

Sales personal were very friendly and explained all the benefits of upgrading my windows in depth. Would highly recommend!

This company is a scam!! Salesman would not leave my house without contract for 6.5 hrs! Note trying to collect in contact I cancelled. Do NOT let them in your house!!!
