We were in a bind and the gentleman that helped us was amazing. He didn’t have what we imagined we needed but helped us choose the right option and it worked! He took the time to explain everything and was super courteous and on point. Highly recommend.

I went to get a U-Haul. U-Haul sells boxes. Buy too many in a location, they will buy the extras back afterwards.This guy who was running the place sold me boxes marked up nearly 2x what U-Haul sells them for, and lied when he told me that I can return the extras.Turns out that this location ISNT a real U-Haul dealer. Dont buy boxes from there. Twice the price, of regular U-Haul prices... And cant return ANY if the extras.

Awesome placeI Left my wallet in one of the trucks, I called and informed him of this matter he stated that the truck had already been rented out,Worried about the contents in my wallet I look everywhere and could not find it, about 2 hrs. Later I had RECEIVED a txt and calls from an UNKNOWN # wasnt going to answer but my husband told me to and for once I listened 😁It was UHAUL CALLING to inform me that he had been trying to reach me about the wallet.He had called the new renter and they was kind enough to return it to the store.ANGELS DO EXIST !!!😀🙏🙏🙏🙁

I rented a van for four days..to pick up some wood and large items from Home Depot for home repairs. And to clean out shed AND BRING LARGE ITEMS TO GOODWILL..I was the only on who drove the van..IT WAS ALL LOCAL..I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE I WENT AND THE EXACT MILEAGE..THE ESTIMATE WAS 144.00. With approximate mileage..I LEFT VAN WITH KEY AT NIGHT, NEXT DAY I AM TOLD THEY CHARGED MY CARD 212.00 ..I CALLED, THEY DID NOTHING. I SAID I WOULD REPORT THEM.HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH LYING LIKE THIS?

At first glance the site looks small and crowded, and it sort of is. But, they keep things pretty organized and Ive never run into a situation where I had an issue picking up or dripping off.The two running the site were nice and pleasant. On my first rental the gentleman even led me to where my rental was off site so that I could get something I left behind. So as I mentioned, overall, nice folks.Drop off was easy with the self drop off instructions. We have used them twice so far with little to no issues.

I have worked with this neighborhood U-Haul dealer for several years and would not go anyplace else! Love them!!

Quick, easy and had me hooked to the trailer I needed after another local U-haul took over an hour.

Call before dropping equipment. I was sent to a different store because their lot is very small.

Updated to 5 stars. The older guy who runs this store is incredibly nice, if a bit old fashioned and slow.I hope they get some help in the store cause I think they need it, but they made my move very easy and Im so thankful!

Dirty place, lack of help getting the products I needed, even though it was in the parking lot. They were rude. If I could review with no stars I would have. Was very disappointed in the service at this location and will be seeking other companies for moving my clients in the future.

These people are wonderful. They are a mom and pop U-Haul, and although there’s always traffic at the corner of Tuttle and Fruitville, it’s worth the few extra minutes. The trucks are clean. I accidentally left a very important box in a rental, and two weeks later I dropped by and it was still in the shop waiting for me. Thanks so much!!!!!!

Waited half an hour while the only with his attendant struggled with technology at a snails pace.He cant type, and he cant see the screen too well. The only customer ahead of us had to write their email address on an Arbys napkin he had lying around.He also instructed customers not to opt in to the environmental fund, which I think is against the rules of the franchise. Pretty unprofessional all around, go somewhere else if you can.

Very unprofessional service... Rude staff. I ended up renting in different location . When I tried to drop it at this location according to my contract, the staff member said he won’t take it and if I drop it after hours, he’d charge me big...he was was harassing me that he’d call cops on me if I try to unhook it in front of him.Disgrace of U-haul company

They were locking up 5 minutes before their stated close time. I understand they probably wanted to get home, but I came directly from work to get there before they closed so I could get furniture wrap. Ended up having to drive significantly farther to another location to get what I needed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are desperate and need to pick up from this location, plan to wait in line for an additional hour or so. They had one clerk at checkout with limited-to-no computer proficiencies, trying to check out 9 customers, and opting to answer phone calls while with a customer. Clearly no preparation on their end in estimating busy times of day.

After paying for the truck, paying for the movers- not only did the movers not show up but the truck wasn’t available. Waited an hour with no trucks returned or available. The movers Took the money off my card and stated “you’ll need to make another deposit because they can not locate it”.. disputed both. Worst company ever!

I make a reservaton for a small Car Trailer Enclose - first Time with anew Car - SUV- i ask the very unfrendley Guy witch plug i need.He say i cant to because of the Plug - thats it.Never to that store.

The man who works there was horrible. He needs to retire or get a new job.

Fair service, I don’t understand why people are bothered that they are unfriendly. I’m only their to get a truck and a couple boxes that’s it. Service is fast as soon as you walk in. Only issue is the parking, it’s very tight.
