The staff is so friendly, and they are especially wonderful with my children. They are very engaging and do their best to make it a playful experience. They answer all my girls’ questions and explain what the tools are, what they do, and what’s going to happen next. My youngest daughter has some sensory sensitivity challenges and they were willing to do anything necessary to accommodate her and help her feel safe. My oldest daughter is very independent and likes to have a full conversation with the dentist each visit, and he always makes time to give her his undivided attention. Of course, their dental care is top of the line. Their hygienists are gentle and thorough. Unlike with other dental practices, I have never had any issues with repairs they have done for me. All of their work has been solid and stands the tests of time.This is a practice where your experience and the way you feel matters. Clients are heard in a meaningful way, and communicated with clearly. There are never surprises regarding the cost of services, and we always leave feeling well cared for.

First time visiting the dentist since Covid19 and first time visiting this office per a recommendation. The staff was so friendly and I was seen immediately! Both visits! I felt safe and comfortable. Dr. B was attentive and listened to my concerns with care. Kim Nevins their hygienist was amazing! The absolute best cleaning I’ve ever gotten! Incredibly thorough, she really took her time! This place is AMAZING !! Very clean, professional and just a great team. You can feel great energy here, also that this team work together to accomplish one goal and thats to make their patient comfortable. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a warm greeting, then your taken to get an X-ray done and what i loved was that they informed me of everything they were doing. Step by step she explained which x-ray was for which tooth. Once Dr Branscombe walks in, hes read all your information, reviewed you x-rays and starts his process.. Hes professional, thorough & gentle on your mouth. I havent been to a dentist in about 4 years, but coming here was such a relief, i know that Im in good hands when im here. My son has seizures when a dentists works on him, so he has to have procedures done in the hospital. Lifetime Smiles has been so great in getting g this arranged and done thru his insurance. Dont know what we do without them.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now to Life Time Smiles and been to a lot of dentist here in Sarasota they are my favorite they don’t try and sell you things you don’t need done, it’s hard to find an honest trustworthy dentist . And they’re very sensitive to my fear of needles and Dentist work.

Tried to our appiotment for my partiner and myself, could not get an appointment til January 29th and will not beable to use our insurance this year. Chelsey didnt seem to really care after we have been here for a year and half for check up, teeth cleaning, new guard? So now i will find a new dentist that acutally cares and want our business, not my fault hygienist is booked for three months. Everyone goes for there yearly check up and cleaning? Dont they? I will let everyone know where my new dentsit is.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Everything that was done during this visit was explained to me and they answered everything that I asked them and didnt make me feel like I was bothering them with my questions.

Though I have since relocated to Fort Myers I kept my appointment made earlier this year with Lifetime Smiles. Had to drive 1 hour 30 minutes but it was well worth it. The hygienist was very attentive and did a wonderful job. Staff in this office is incredible.

This practice has to advertise to get new business. Its because he takes advantage of new patients. His advertisement is a bait and switch. He told me he could not do a cleaning on me before I committed to and signed for extensive work I did not need. X-ray and cleaning go hand in hand. He would not do it because my teeth were so bad. Not the case. I have excellent teeth and do not need extra services as Dr donalo suggested. Hes a fraud. My current dentist has a waiting list. He doesnt have to advertise.

It is a pleasure to work with these folks. I have an autistic son and they do an amazing job in keeping him calm and feeling relaxed while working on him. If you know anything about autism, you know that the majority of them do not like to be touched or have anything coming towards them especially toward their face. They take their time with him, talk through the procedure with him and make him as comfortable as possible. The ladies in the office, all the dental assistants and Dr. Hale are amazing.

Staff are always polite and helpful. Dr. B. is a very pleasant and smart guy. I recently had chipped teeth that my last dentist filed way down. That wasnt good. Dr. B used filling and made them look natural again. Im very happy with that.

Ive been going here for about a year now. Have had two cleanings and a filling. Also brought by 6 year old son with me. They do great with him. They are friendly and very good at what they do. My filling didnt hurt at all. One of the better dentists Ive been to. Definitely recommend them.

I admit that I dreaded going to the dentist and have put it off for years. I decided that I needed to get into the routine once again and decided on Lifetime Smiles in Sarasota..Nikki, who I believe is the office manager, set up my appointment. The office is located in a small medical building and easy to find. Dr. Hale is one of the nicest guys I have met. He assured me that although I needed deep cleaning and an extraction of a molar that I should have my teeth for a good long while with regular preventive care. He is a total professional but down to earth and i highly recommend this practice. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Ive been going to that office for quite some time, and when the original dentist had to leave because of family needs I was a bit anxious about his being replaced because I really liked him. However, Ive been pleasantly surprised by the professionalism exhibited by the new staff and especially because I almost never have to wait. All in all, its been a pleasant experience, if you can call going to the dentist pleasant! But, in fact, it is.

Lifetime Smiles basically has been an answer to my prayers. They are experienced with special needs and after having gone to 4 different dental facilities have given me the comfort of the proper solution for my son (who has down syndrome). They are patient and caring and will work with you financially and through the med waiver process so that your child gets the treatment necessary. They are angels in disguise!

I selected Lifetime Smiles because in researching them, I learned that Dr. Hale was a graduate of Case Western Reserve University - certainly one of the toughest universities in the country. It had been quite some time since Id seen a dentist but Dr. Hale - and now also Dr. Donato - both have made me feel beyond comfortable with each visit. And that goes as well for the entire staff - youll be made to feel like youre a part of the family. Youll even receive a call the next do to check to see how youre doing and to make sure everything with you is fine - the concern and care are genuine. I went into Druskats office to have him look at a small growth in my mouth. Before seeing me I overheard him cracking jokes about my unusual name to his staff, right outside the open door of the exam room I was seated in. After I described the problem to him he attempted to take an x-ray; he ended up bruising my lip in the process AND he and his assistant failed to get a clear image. Instead of an x-ray he decided to take a photo of the growth to share with colleagues because, in his words, I have absolutely no idea what it is. The only thing he could tell me for sure was that based on its shape it wasnt cancerous. He also prescribed me antibiotics in case it was bacterial despite the fact that he did not believe it was an infection. For all of that his office attempted to charge me eighty dollars, though insurance sided with me for once and I ended up paying much less. I will not visit Dr Druskat again.

While on vacation in Sarasota this week i brought a temporary front tooth bridge. I called the office and was told to be there by 10 am. The office staff was friendly and professional. They brought me in the room to see the doctor. Within minutes Dr. Donato explained everything he was going to do. He made me a new temporary. Dr. Donato gave me needles, that i did not even feel. He was very thorough, and a perfectionist with his work. I wish he were in New York. I would recommend Dr. Donato and his staff
