He was very thorough and helpful to both me and the owner. I recommend wholeheartedly.

We recently discovered a huge bee hive under our back deck. Cody was awesome! He came out within an hour of me calling for help...knew exactly what he was looking at. He came the next night and treated the area (luckily they were not honey bees, although if they were he is a NO KILL person and also a bee keeper himself). He will be back tomorrow night to make sure they are deceased and then will close up hole in the side of my house. I called and spoke to Cody last week and he told me hed be out in a couple days. I was surprised that they actually kept their appointment! I say that because we tried 4 other places. One person came to see the swarm(because it was only a swarm at that time) and said hed be back, but never did. Two other people were called and never returned our calls.
