I was greeted professionally by owner, Alex who proceeded to explain the procedure and options for insurance and cash payments. Alex worked quickly, concisely and thoroughly to make my stop there fast. I was invited to sit in his clean, modern office which was nice and cool. I would advise anyone who needs immediate help for glass to call this business and I will return again if needed.

CAUTION!! Scam artists looking to take advantage of your insurance company for all they can squeeze out. I came in for a simple chip repair on windshield from a small pebble hitting it on the highway. I’ve had this done several times in the past with no issue. The moment I walked in the door this guy was insisting I have the whole thing replaced because patches don’t always work and the insurance company will cover it. He probably pitched me 3 times to have it done and I declined every time, but that didn’t stop him. He “attempted” to repair it for me and within a few minutes confirmed his suspension that the tiny, minuscule, hairline fracture of a crack with irreparable!!! He made the crack 5 times bigger and basically forced me into a windshield replacement. I had to come back 3 days later, leave my car for several hours....blah blah blahBut wait, it gets better...3 months later I get a call from my insurance company because they overcharged ($1800 in total which is insanity). State Farm priced out the job at several other shops which averaged at $700. So these guys take out a LAWSUIT against State Farm to pay them the remaining balance!! Good luck!!! This whole thing hasn’t cost me $1, I’m just furious that degenerates like this are pillaging people who don’t know better.20 to 1 most of there 53 google reviews are fake... but here is a real one for the public!Stay the hell away from A Star Auto Glass!!!!!

Unbelievable service....and quality workmanship. Very hard installation of windshield on my 1983 Mercedes 380sl. 3 hours of intense work by both Alex and Becka. What a team. The only company that could locate this replacement as it is a 37 year old antique.Thanks so much.Steve Cinnamon

Alex from A Star is a true professional and craftsman . He replaced the windshield on my Sprinter work van that I use for my Mobile Dent Removal service. One call to him and he set everything up including filing my claim!! The next afternoon it was finished! He did an outstanding job. I have spent over 35 years in the auto collision industry and it is very difficult to find an auto glass technician with the experience and mindfulness that Alex possesses. What a great experience working with A Star today! My front power window regulator broke and it was going to take a week to get an appointment with SafeLite but fortunately I found this place. I worked with Alex who was extremely professional, communicative, and courteous and unbelievably got it fixed the same day that I called which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this place!

A Star was great. The drivers side window of my 350z quit working. A Star gave it a quick look the sameday I called. They quickly figured out that the window motor only needed an adjustment. And the cost to fix it was small.Im impressed and thankful! I highly recommend A Star.

Update: A Star Auto Glass has contacted me to let me know that they have dropped the lawsuit against my insurance company. They stated that they did not so the insurance company as me and claimed that the Allstate lawyer was lying to me when he told me that.Its still too much drama for me to recommend this company but I will reiterate that the work was done well. If I was paying them straight out without going through an insurance company I might be inclined to go here for the work. If Im using an insurance company to cover the bill, I would not use this company.Given the fact that theyve contacted me a few times to attempt to resolve this matter, I have updated my review to a 3-star review from a 1-star review.BUYER BEWARE!The work was done well but there apparently is a lot of drama going on. We had an insurance claim. A Star stated they directly bill State Farm. I read the reviews, of which now I am questioning if they are real, and decided to go with them. I attempted to work directly with my insurance company and A star but they told the insurance company straight forward that they direct bill to State Farm and they dont need them. A star had me sign some documentation so they could direct bill State Farm. The individual came out with his young son. I thought that was great that he was teaching his son a trade. They did the work. I thought that was the end of it. Nope!Now, for the drama. About 3 to 4 months later, I hear back from them stating that State Farm is not paying them and wanting to know if I filed a claim. I reminded him that we attempted to go the insurance route but he basically told the guy on the phone, with no miscommunication, that they directly bill State Farm.I find out later that they are now suing state farm as me! What? I also find out that State Farm did pay them, just not what they were asking which was double what other auto glass places were charging.Apparently, the paper he had me sign was not just for direct billing. That paper also gives him the right to sue your insurance company as you so I repeat again, Buyer Beware!State Farm paid out $477.54They received bids from Auto Glass Only for $384.89 and Skyway Auto Glass & Customs for $400.00. A star is billing them for $1059.78. After some digging, I also found out this company has 12 other lawsuits just like this just with State Farm. I feel like they took advantage of someone that didnt know the system knowing they were going to sue my insurance company as me if they didnt give in to their demands.Too much drama for me to suggest anyone go here. Take your money and insurance elsewhere if you want to save yourself the hassle.
