What a joke! The beginning phone tree almost gave a comfortable feel, then Derrick answers in a gruff tone not identifying the correct name of the business. On the website there is an advertisement for $200 cash back. Derrick is trying to explain away as a referral program. Derrick asked and I had already stated that I had full coverage insurance. When pushed he then back pedaled to, oh it depends on if this is am insurance job. I absolutely did not get a good feel after the initial phone interaction and will use a different company.

Ill first start by saying their actual service is great! They replaced my windshield several years ago. They were courteous, punctual, and expedient and handled everything for me.They call periodically (every 6 months or so) to see if their services are needed again, which I dont mind. However, this year something changed. Its April 14th and theyve already called 4 times. 3 of those 4 times I asked to be placed on the Do Not Call list as the calls were becoming too frequent. The first time I asked the gentleman said he would place me on the DNC list. A few days later he called again and I reminded him I was supposed to be DNCd and he said he would make sure this time. Okay, since then, they called two more times to each I asked to be DNCd AGAIN FOR THE 2ND AND 3RD TIME.Today, I received a text message asking if I need their services. I replied that I had asked 3 times to be DNCd. The person responded by not only trying to get me to refer a friend but also right after, I received ANOTHER call.So, I called them back and asked to speak with a supervisor because within 5 minutes of texting to DNC my number, the agent not only continued to try the pitch via text, they also called AGAIN. Kareena asked what I wanted a supervisor about and told her all of the above and the agents cant seem to get my number on the DNC list but Im sure a supervisor can. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and 58 seconds and she hung up on me. I called back and was told to hold again. I held for about 2 minutes and hung up and called back. Then, they picked up without saying anything and placed me on hold. I called back to back a total of 11 times because they kept putting me on hold and then hanging up or just picking up and hanging up when they saw my number again.Finally, Yolanda answered and I asked for the supervisors name and she said she was a supervisor. I explained all of the above, admittedly rude (was angry by now) and all she said was that I was put on hold and hung up on 11 times because they are busy. When she offered no resolution or apologies for this 20 minutes of my time to get me on the DNC list and horrible customer service from her department, I advised her I was filing a complaint with the FCC and the BBB to which she said she would put me on the DNC list.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH EASE AND THE BEST PART IS THAT I DIDNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. LOVED HOW EFFICIENT THEY WERE AND I GOT $100 FOR MY OLD GLASS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND LOOK FORWARD TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

They where great the two gentlemen that came out showed me how to do it and what not and we talked and all and they did a great job I would recommend them to anyone they where fast at it and knew what they where doing great job y’all ! Five stars all the way !
