UPS damaged our porch and we hired DecoCrete w our insurance money. They were efficient and courteous and our patio really looks stellar. It is a great product they use and I just found out it has a lifetime warranty so it must be very durable. I was highly pleased as was my wife. I can easily attest to their work and professionalism.

I was so anxious to find a solution for our hideous river rock pool deck. I spoke with Chris and he gave a few options to make it look beautiful so I jumped on it. The experience with them, although long and drawn out because of constant rain and other weather delays, has been nothing but professional. Chris kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions (and there were many) with patience and professionalism and went above and beyond to get the work done as soon as the weather permitted. Any time I would have a question, he would answer the same day within a few minutes or an hour or so. His crew worked hard to complete our deck and any issues we pointed out they took care of immediately.I would definitely use Decocrete again and may be calling them back sooner than they think! Hired Devin Martin to resurface my garage floor on December 8th and paid a down deposit. I researched the company and found positive google reviews before continuing, thinking this was a reputable company. The crew arrived to resurface the garage floor and large clouds of dust radiated from the garage. At first this seemed like no issue but soon after they were complete with the resurfacing of the garage floor the inside of my house was absolutely covered in dust. My husband and I have spent over 14 hours cleaning all of the dust out of my cabinets, the kitchen and the garage. Ive even had a cleaning lady out to clean all of the windows. The time, frustration, and energy that weve spent on this at our current age is just not worth it. Im out nearly two thousand dollars and the owner ignores my phone calls and emails. Considering the sheer amount of five star reviews, youd think hed attempt to come to some sort of amicable solution instead of blowing me off. The final result in the garage isnt the issue, its the poor customer service and lack of accountability. Ive been told they used an exhaust fan while working in my garage, but I have a hard time believing this. Out of the neighbors Ive talked to who used this service, none had this issue. There must have been a mistake made on part of the crew performing the work, theres no other explanation. It shouldnt be this difficult to make it right.

Our driveway was cracked and lifted up due to tree roots. We first had over half the driveway concrete removed before removing all the tree roots. Next, DecoCrete put down the forms and poured our new driveway. The guys worked hard and did outstanding job. They came on-time and the outcome was a professional job. The driveway is smooth, straight and perfect. They were patient and did multiple sweepings to have the smoothest look. Finally, they returned the next day to create the expansion joint lines and those also are perfect. We highly recommend DecoCrete and will use them again for an overlay.
