Shared with us the knowledge he has in carpet care and put us in contact with the proper peolple to get the best equipment to maintain for ourselves. ( This is the type of person John is) Since that time we have had him back to clean our tile floors as well. His team is very professional, courteous and clean. His analysis and inspection of our carpet situation was quite thorough, almost to a fault since I did not allow enough time for all the information I was receiving. The final result however, was an amazingly clean and fresh carpet. Bottom line, his company was the only one in the Sarasota area that was recommended based on certifications and I highly recommend them.

The crew at Floor Care Solutions did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and our tile/grout! Not only did they get a few stains out of the carpet, but the smell of a few pet accidents are gone too! Fast and courteous service. They were very mindful of ensuring our cats didnt escape out the front door, which had to be left slightly ajar due to the hoses. Reasonable price for both the cleaning and Scotch Guard. Didnt try to up sale us on services that werent necessary (e.g., cleaning the tile/grout). Well definitely use Floor Care Solutions again. This was actually our second experience as they cleaned a large oriental rug for us last year.

Shane arrived at the appointed time, and got right to work. He cleaned two upholstered chairs which had not been cleaned in many years, and when he finished they looked beautiful. Outstanding work!While he was here, my daughter brought out an old chair which she had planned to reupholster. He cleaned it for them and it now looks like new, and will not need to be recovered.
