Very helpful! Did much-needed PC tuneup and cleanup, removing several bits of malware that were slowing down our computers. Bill also trained us on using and maintaining anti-virus software, and some helpful tips on safety surfing the Internet. Much appreciated! Highly recommended.

Bill taught a Window 10 class for beginners which I attended. He made me feel comfortable enough to ask several dumb questions and was very patient, he explained and showed us how to get started with Windows 10. Im hoping hell teach a step 2 class next semester. Hes a terrific instructor!

Bill is very tech savvy and has the patience of a saint. He was my instructor in a Iphone/Ipad class at Sarasota Technical College. There were students who barely knew how to turn on their phone. He was able to teach in a manner that was easily understood. He was open to questions and repeated the information when needed. Plus, he is quite funny!
