Kimberly went above and beyond what I asked her to do. I came in needing to have a desktop and a laptop computer repaired. She not only accomplished the repairs with one-day turnaround, but she also tuned up and cleaned out both machines, and optimized them for speed. To top it all off, she gave me a printed guide on maintaining my machines to keep them in good running order. I am extremely impressed with Kimberlys expertise. Highly recommended!

I had used Kimberly before when she was at her old location, she and her staff are amazing! But when they moved I lost her contact info - my bad. 💔But I was cleaning out a box of stuff yesterday and found her old business card, I called the number and found them again! Yay! Charged me to fix fan, 3 days broken again ; said she increased Ram 4 gig, 0 more in panel, installed a virus protection without authority, while disabling Defender . Dishonest!

Computer Repair is by far the most honest, serious repair shop in Sarasota. If you are sensitive, and dont like harsh truth, not the place for you. Ive known her for 18 years and ill tell you that she wont sugar coat the truth.She is honest, fair, and will fix it if its worth fixing. Trust her, she knows what she is talking about.

Ive been taking computers to Kimberly since 2009. Ive always been happy with the service I have received and have enjoyed many conversations with her. Have another computer to take and hope she can save it for me. Ive referred many people to her.

This lady was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever met!!! Never again would I ever step foot in that place again.

The employees are very patient and willing to help you, even with the oddest requests. I accidentally unscrewed my fan and it fell into the back of the computer tower, and it was bolted weird and I couldnt rescue it. I brought my computer in and they didnt laugh at me, they took me seriously. Because of their kindness and affordability I came to them for the rest of my computer building needs. They arent like every other computer shop that just pressures you into installing pointless applications. They are also super knowledgeable about games. I havent investigated, but I think they run some gaming inc. in there too which is really neat. Theyre $75 per hour if you bring your computer to the shop, and they also have a service where they come to your house. They keep an account of yours so theyre familiar with your history when you come in again which makes me feel a sense of satisfied customer connection.

My less than 3 year old computer was having some issues, so a friend referred me to Kimberly at Computer Repair Inc. What an outstanding experience! She is friendly and so knowledgeable that I immediately felt that my baby was in good hands. A couple days later, and under what I was originally quoted, I have it back and it is like new/better than new. She was so patient and showed me all kinds of helpful tips when I picked it up. I would definitely recommend her and her company!!!

Great Friendly Service

Have been using Computer Repair for ten years. Have had nothing but the most satisfactory results. They have gone above and beyond to help a fairly computer illiterate become a proficient in ways i never thought possible.

The lady? If thats what she was, was really nasty. Horrible additude. I thought she wanted to fight me. I ran from the store in fear of my life. Ill never go back.

Great business! I have taken several computers here over several years. They are always available and really know what they are doing. They charge for their time but their prices are fair. I will be back!

Not impressed. Kimberly was rude and condescending. She couldnt fix my friends PC because her tech guy wasnt there. All I needed was to stop Windows from constantly failing to install updates..She turned off Windows updates, clean up some temp files and charged me $75. Go to best buy. temp

The owner is rude and unprofessional.Would not recommend them to anybody.My brand new computer got whipped out and had to be reinstalled although they charged me for next day service advance, they refused to pay refund.

My computer was toast according to officemax. So i took itt to this place, 75 dollars later my computer works.just fine i dont know what they did but it works for the last months
