My family and I had a fantastic time! It was our first time out on the water, and Marshall explained everything thoroughly and reassuringly. We really appreciated his time, help, and knowledge. The whole experience was extremely fun and exciting!

We did the tour and it was a great time! Frankie asked us what we wanted to do and we just told him anything and everything. He made sure to show us as much as he could in the time alloted. Not one bad thing to say about this company. It was a stress free experience and everyone is kind and very professional. Already planning our next trip and will definitely book again.

We had an amazing experience at Siesta Key JetSki so much we ended up coming back for a second day of rentals. Our first day Jack was the gentleman who checked us in he was very informative friendly and accommodating. Upon our second visit we met Marshall who is just as kind and helpful. Both gentlemen gave us great education on using the jet skis recommend awesome spots to check out during our rental time and provided amazing service. Not to mention the JetSki‘s were brand spanking new we will definitely be back next year!!!!

My first time on a jet ski was a success thanks to this place. My wife and I had an awesome time and even got to see dolphins swimming around while we were out on the water. All of the guys were really nice especially Jack. I’m hoping to come back and do the tour one day with a group of family.

The directions before you go out on the water given by staff are thorough and clear! Far exceeded my expectations in every way!

Awesome!!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and interested in what we wanted to see - gave us several options - we went fast and slow and saw amazing sites, even dolphins! We did the 2 hour tour and it was well worth the price- we will do this again when we visit Siesta Key! Highly recommend!

By far the best jet ski rental & tour we’ve ever been on! Our guide was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun. He asked what we wanted to do or see and he made it happen. See dolphins, drive by the museum, stop on a sandbar to search for shells, drive in the Gulf, and see crystal clear water. Everything was a blast. So glad we were able to book jet ski’s with this company. We’ll be back everytime we’re in this area!

Everyone here was awesome! Exactly as professional as they needed to be, and precisely as laid back as you want them to be while youre on vacation. My wife and I did the guided tour and so so much cool stuff and had so much fun! Our tour guide didnt overload us with too much info and let us have lots of fun. Thanks again, Marshall! Today I had the best experience of my life my first time ever riding a jetski and it’s all thanks to Jack from siesta key jetski he took his time to make sure me and my girlfriend thoroughly knew our route an pointed out cool places to visit on our travel if I ever open up a jetski place I’ll make sure jack runs the show the kid is AMAZING!! The jetski’s were in great quality, and the customer service + safety instruction was great. You are required to take a test for a temporary watercraft license, but they are clear and helpful with the test. Great experience and we had a lot of fun! Would come back.

This place was awesome we got to see so many dolphins while we were out on our JetSki rentals they had some really nice waverunners top of the line staff our dock host at the time was Jack which was one of the best people we met on siesta key I highly recommend six Siesta JetSki and I will be back to rent another!

We rent 2 jet sky for 2 hours, in the first 45min one jet sky start sunk and my phone was dead, we have to find the store number to contact them. So we lost 1 hour plus another one waiting to they come for us. Those jet sky’s are in a really back condition 👎🏻

We rented 2 jetskis for 3 hours. We paid 300 dollars deposit on both for a total of 600. When we returned the jetskis, one of the guys starts saying we put a little black scratch on the jet ski. These jetskis were all scratched up before we even took them out on the water. We never pulled the to the shore, or hit a bridge or anything. We were just both in our 20’s and they’re taking advantage of us. They took an after pic of the jetskis and compared it to cameras that they have outside of the dock. Completely blurry camera, low quality and you can’t even tell if something was scratched or not. Absolutely ridiculous! And only 1 jetski was supposedly scratched, and theyre taking the deposit of both. 600 dollars to fix a tiny scratch? THAT WE NEVER DONE! Stay away from these punks, they are classless beach bums. Rented 2 jetskis for 3 hours, ending up being a $1,200 misery. Take your business elsewhere. Anywhere but here.

It’s my friends birthday and we reserved 11 jetskis twooo weeks in advanced and kept calling and making sure they have the times for everyone. Once we get there they have no jetskis for us and claiming they didn’t uphold the reservation.. place is very unorganized.

This place is great 👍 We called last minute on a Friday and they accommodated us within 10 min of my call. No hesitation! It was a quick check-in and we had a little timing blunder and the owner Mike was so awesome about it. We felt terrible and they just said as long as you had fun, thats all that matters! Definitely a stellar place with awesome staff and excellent skiis. Cant wait to go back! Definitely choose this place :)

Great place to rent a ski. Everyone super helpful and friendly. Great time on the water. Ran out to the gulf, stopped at the sandbar, saw a dolphin next to us. Go for 2 hours of you wanna go out to the ocean, it will take you about 25 minutes to get there.

Specifically Sean at the Front Desk and who subsequently helped us with the whole process. Such a positive experience with his great attitude and what better way to represent the company than fantastic customer service. Great experience, already looking to rent again in March! Well done!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE....There is a difference between being coerced into admitting damage happened and actually admitting to it... this is not the first time you are accused of this type of behavior. Sean and Neal took advantage of good honest kids....did not give us the option to see jet skis before they got on... our fault for being trusting the jet skis were in horrible shape hits everywhere... but the huge one had to be us of course.... how convenient... notice the review was done a few days later I do not do things in anger I research and your reputation precedes you... shame on you with everything going on nowadays you should be grateful to have an honest paying customer.

Highly recommended! Nice people. Reasonable rates. Note: If you want to go out into the Gulf of Mexico, a two hour minimum is required (and I recommend three hours). There is about a 20-30 minute ride in slow and no wake zones to get to the Gulf.

Guys are pretty nice, but next time you go check for damages on the equipment and make sure to take lots of pictures. you dont want to be blame for damages you didnt cause. Some of them are pretty banged up.

I called and ask if they had anything available. They said no and hung up very quickly. I wasnt even finished talking to them.

Great prices, great jet skis and friendly staff. I’ve rented from many different local jet ski places and this is my favorite. This vacation I’ve used them twice. Both times they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. The first time we needed 3 jet skis for 3 hours at short notice and they made it happen. The second time we were out on the water and wanted more time than we had scheduled, we called them and they made it possible.Before going out they give great instructions and safety lessons. I can’t wait to take my family out again!

Most definitely thee place to rent and book your tours for jet skiing. I literally went into their business a few mins after they closed last Thursday and asked if I could possibly join the Friday morning tour, and they made it happen :) All the guys, Neil, Frankie, and Shawn were so nice and I am so appreciative of their hospitality while my family and I were vacationing there last week!! Special shoutout to Neil for staying after hours on Thursday to arrange for me to join the tour. This is absolutely my fave sport, and I was so excited they could fit me in. My family and I Wanted to go Jet sking while we were vacationing on Siesta key. We asked around and we heard that Siesta Key jet ski rental was the best around and I must say they were 100% right. The customer service was perfect we dealt with Frankie he was a true professional and made sure our family had the best time of our lives and let me tell you we did. The Jetske’s are like brand new it really made our vacation one of the best we’ve ever had were actually thinking about buying one. Do Not Rent from here!! Only a one star for the guy who got us started at the counter from there it went downhill fast. Upon return with jet skis from 2 hour outing, our group was accused of crashing their jet skis. Not just accused but verbally attacked and accused in a very unprofessional manner. Our group kept denying and denying even into tears! And Neal just kept accusing saying those marks were not there and we will need to take a portion of $900 deposit. He even so much as told us how he thought the accident happened by pointing out other damage on another ski. We proved them wrong as someone in our group took a picture before departure and proved to them that the marks were already there on both machines!!!Liar liar— can you say scam to get your deposit money!!!!!! Do not do it!!!!

Wen tout the way to make sure we were able to ride and understand the instructions. VERY NICE ESTABLISHMENT AND STAFF.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My boyfriend and I drove from Port Charlotte just to use this highly recommended location. We scheduled a 2 hr rental from 2pm-4pm and unfortunately got lost during our attempt to get out to the beach. He called to inform them that we may be late, they were understanding at first, but we were told to just head south as we asked for directions to get back. After realizing that calling the location wasnt going to be helpful in assisting us with direction we began to stop and ask random people to try to help guide us back. We continued to call the location and were told if you dont know where you are then how can we tell you how to get back!?. They didnt even attempt to come find us! Needless to say we were out from 2pm-7:30 when we finally found our way to Siesta Beach but still couldnt figure out how to get back to the location. The guy we rented from and some other guy (assumed to be the manager or owner) did not even ask if we were ok, offer water, or a ride to our car that was still at the location. As the rental guy gassed up the now empty tank on the jet ski the other guy questioned us about how we ended up lost! He stated that nobody had ever gotten lost before, accused us of trying to steal the ski and had called the deputy on us! We walked from the beach to our car! I would NEVER use the services of this company again! Friday we rented from Ft Myers beach instead! MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE! I SUGGEST YOU GO THERE, unless you know the water well, because in the case of an emergency you can only count on this company to take care of their equipment! They could care less about the fact that the two of us were lost out on the water for 5 hours!!!!! Customer Service is EVERYTHING, it wasnt their fault that we got lost, it was an accident, but to treat us like thieves after ignoring us for hours and not sending help is preposterous and totally unacceptable.
