Mimi is amazing she did my grandmas perfectly! In the past we went to a different establishment and the woman said she specialized in short hair. She ruined it and we where just unhappy. I’m new to Sarasota as we had purchased our dream retirement home here 2 years ago. COVID hit my previous home state of Stalag California. Hair cuts were difficult to get and calendar unless you did it underground or were the governor . After arriving, I found this local Supercuts and Victoria. Her 25+ years of professional practice cutting men’s hair was a welcome experience. Within moments I knew I was the right hands as she had lop off 3 to 4 inches of thinning overgrowth . My wife, who closely scrutinized every snip, exclaimed that this was the best haircut she had ever seen on me.Victoria expertly cut my hair despite my cowlicks and thinning hair condition. I had to agree with my wife, although I don’t normally do so.

Sonia has been my stylist for a long time. Very attentive to what the customer wants. Shes consistent with my hair every visit. I get many compliments!

I got an appointment at a good time and was seen right away. Sue went above and beyond to work with me to perfect a great cut that was way overdue!! I would be happy to return here!

Walked in, no greeting, just asked if I made an appointment. Two others in the shop. Lady asked my name, then told me next time make an appointment. There wont be a this time, much less a next time. Dont act as if you are doing me a favor by letting me spend my money at your store and barking out orders, and topping it off as I walked out with a snarky have a nice day which we all know what she meant by that. Totally unprofessional, so wouldnt trust them with a haircut.

Great place for haircut

After a great experience and cut six weeks ago, I returned yesterday to several people with no masks, sitting in the customer chairs near whereI would have been. Disappointed as they have a commitment (I thought) to following Covid-19 guidelines.

For the second time my husband went to Michel/Red and received a great haircut! Michel is also so pleasant. We are snowbirds from Minnesota going back. Hopefully my husband can find someone as great as Michel in Minnesota!

After my barber moved back to Tampa I was just letting my hair grow out but decided to get a hair cut since it was getting too long for my liking. Ive been skeptical of Supercuts for many years after a couple of bad experiences, but I can say that this location has restored my faith and I have never had a more professional and enjoyable experience.

I went in without an appointment. Only had to wait a few minutes. I was in a wheelchair so someone had to open the door from inside as I was being pushed by a friend. I was a little leery about going here as it was my first time. The stylist..ms Rodriguez cut my hair. She was fabulous. Perfect cut. I was really pleased. Ill be back to her.

My Hair was in awful shape and I didnt want to spend $50 for the Works of a high-end salon.Sonya the manager was experienced and did an Amazingly Fast and efficient haircut for $18! I would Highly recommend as this is by far the best cut done in a user 20 dollar Salon. You can also find hair care products in this store.

The establishment of supercuts is average at best but.. Ask for Virginia she is pleasant,friendly, professional and is very skilled at what she does. She’s the reason I go!

I am not one to complain, but however I just can’t not say anything. First of all I am welcomed by the friendliest young lady she was short and had Blond hair. She checked me in for a haircut and I had Sonia who I believe was the manager, well we discussed how we were going to cut my hair and it sounded good. I took my glasses off and she began and we stared having a conversation and the phone rang not a big deal but it must have been her boyfriend or significant other because what started off good ended so bad. I can’t even explain what she has done to my hair but I am embarrassed, so embarrassed I wouldn’t even use my correct name or number. It’s a disappointment what has happened to this shop but I will tell you one thing don’t go to that manager unless you want it scalped

The road sign says haircuts for $12.99 but then they charged me $18.00 for a regular mens cut. Id like to know why they put that sign outside if they are not going to honor it. Maybe the owner can comment.UPDATE: I returned to the location and Sonia was very nice and refunded my money, Thank you. I also got an excellent haircut. Changing my rating to 5 star.

They were great, professional, and courteous.

Great hairdressers who will give you a good haircut for a reasonable price. Hours they are open are mostly only daytime, so they will be closed after 5pm, unless you have called ahead to arrange a later appointment. They are closed on the weekends also.

I go to see a cutter there named Emily, shes great and is also another good one named Tyler. The price is reasonable and these two people are very proficient. You cant make an appointment in advance but you can call the same day and make a Time.

Last experience about year ago was good. Needed basic affordable cut. Went by around Sat. 3/9th 3pm and Not open. No note as to why and when open. Hours indicated should be open. Wasted time, so went somewhere else!

New to the area and having been using Supercuts for my monthly maintenance. Very happy with there service and Marcy gives an exceptional haircut. She takes her time and does a thorough job. I highly recommend Marcy for your next haircut. If I was the owner, Id give her a raise.

I give myself a 5 star rating! Ive been cutting hair since 1982. Having worked with the best has developed a science in my haircut style. From a tossled, casual look to a more finished coiffed design, is my passion to satisfy.I LOVE making people feel their best through a great haircut or a color design with hilites.

I have used Tyler Gereg for years, following her from her former shop. She consistently does an awesome job and is very personable as well. I highly recommend her and this Supercuts.

I am on vacation and recently went to trim my hair because I couldnt handle the way it felt anymore. I told the hair dresser I wanted a trim and once I got home I would follow up with going shorter once I found a style I liked. (Keep in mind my hair was down to my belt) She kept insisting I cut my hair to my shoulders because of how damaged it was. I kept telling her no I will cut it short when Im with my normal hair dresser and I find something I like. Here I am with my hair to my shoulders because she decided to do what she wanted to do. I have never felt more self consious about my hair in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this place.

New years eve and the stylist stayed late to take me ... she has my business from now onAnd it was a great cut.

At 7:20pm I was refused a haircut, because I had not called ahead. The stylist said they were closing in 40minutes. The two stylists were each working on someone already, an older man and a young girl. Seriously? Why are you even open until 8? I saw no signage that said, appointments only after 7, never going back to this location, mostly because of how rude the stylist was about closing in 40 minutes and having 2 haircuts to do still.

I had the worst hair cut of my life this lady must have been so under qualified I ended up leaving thinking my hair was ok to only find out when I got to work that my hair was ruined it was un even and sloppy I cried for two hours and had to pay for a new cut when I called to complain they declined to give me my money back I would never wish this experience on anyone do not attend this horrible “salon”
