I was the victim of a hit and run accident and reported the accident on April 21. After multiple tries I have yet to get a response from the allstate agent. The auto body shop has had the same luck dealing with this company. If you like paying premiums and getting no service for your insurance dollars than allstate is the insurance company for you.

Very professional & helpful. They not only help with the questions you called about, but refer you to others in the office who can address the concerns you may have on other issues.
