Phone number directs to corporate, corporate transfers you over to a 20+ min wait without intention of helping.Very poor service.

The agent here Odalis always has an attitude. I hate having to call and speak with her . We have tried calling 800 number to speak with anyone else regarding our policy (If there are questions and thankfully not too often), and I am always directed to call insurance agent. The rates are good on my policy, but I honestly think its worth it to pay more elsewhere with good customer service.

One two minute conversation with this Odalis person has me already looking for another agent. I had a simple billing question and she referred me to calling the insurance carrier directly instead. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her for asking a simple question. Completely unacceptable. Seeing other reviews here, I can see this is a common trend. Taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been with Freeway for many years and many vehicles. Odalis is always super helpful and knowledgeable about my personal policies. Ive never had a better agent and wouldnt want to work with anyone else.
