Overall I am very pleased with Sage. The building and apartment is beautiful. I am disappointed with the laziness of the residents who dont clean up after their dogs (I am a pet owner and am disgusted with the amount of dog feces on property). I know thats not necessarily the fault of management, but maybe some more forceful language and recommendations to the residents is in order.I would like to see the elevator floor cleaned a little more frequently, its a bit dirty.The pool area, spa and grills are great I used them last night for the first time.I would also hope the back entrance gate is repaired soon so not just anyone can drive in here.Finally, we have that nice package valet system, however, almost no couriers use it. We were away for a week on vacation and packages were just left at our door for anyone to take if they wanted. Can we mandate that the packages are placed in the valet?Overall, Sage is a great place to live. Thank you.

Great place to be just outside of the busyness of Sarasota but still close enough that it’s not a hassle to get into town

The only reason I am giving one star is because my apartment is beautiful! Otherwise, I am completely disappointed with this place! Outrageously overpriced, and very unhelpful management!

Have had a few ongoing maintenance issues but other than that, I’ve really enjoyed living at Sage! The apartments are beautiful, they take really good care of the grounds, it’s quiet and the location is a huge selling point being so close to I-75. I love that they have resident events and beautiful spaces to entertain family and friends like the killer pool deck and club house area. Staff is also friendly and helpful!

My wife and I moved in last month and we are beyond ecstatic. When we first toured the facility with Brendan we knew this was the place for us. The professionalism throughout the entire office was evident since day 1. Also, they have an amazing service team. Garrett is awesome and couldn’t have been more attentive. If you are looking for a great place to live definitely look at sage. I guarantee Brendan will take great care of you.

They don’t do anything for inconsiderate, loud noisy neighbors. Even after you emailed them multiple times about it. Your neighbors will party on a weekday, blast music with loud bass, and vibrate through the cheap thin walls. Go some place else.

Very well run rental property, but the Chargepoint charging devices are useless when the signage does not explicitly indicate which parking spots are exclusively for charging. I will provide a picture explaining if asked.

Great place to live.

Me and my Boyfriend just moved in a week ago, since the apartment complex is new there are a few things but thats what happens when the apartment complex is new! Everyone including the neighbors are super friendly and everyone around us is quiet and respectful! The staff all are very helpful and drop whatever they are doing to make sure they can help. Amenities are amazing, gym is super clean and the place you go to pick up your packages is forward thinking, they email you anything you need to know and when your package arrives they let you know, give you a code/QR code (you can use either) and pick up your package in a room specified especially for packages, all in separate lockers that only unlock when you have its code! AND since we just ordered a headboard it came right to our door (tooooo big for the package center) leaving that stress behind us with all the moving troubles that can happen. If you get an apartment viewing the sunset you may also hear some angry horns from people not knowing how to actually drive on a roundabout, but the sunset is beautiful and there is never any traffic, heavily policed as well since there is a police headquarter near by.

The complex is beautiful and everyone is friendly. The amenities are amazing. Especially the salt water pool. Its a slice of paradise living here.

This Place is Amazing after moving from another Community to Sage it’s been wonderful the staff in the Office is great especially Brendan they are always friendly and care about your concerns. Especially during this pandemic they worked out certain situation the Office Manager was very kind understanding . It’s great place to live . Thank you 😊

My boyfriend and I had an appointment scheduled at 11:00 we showed up 5 mins early and were instantly given the cold shoulder welcome. Once Drew finally got done with whatever he was doing in his office he comes out sits down and points at the table, no kind welcoming greeting, nothing! He takes our two ids, my boyfriends parents are with us and are wanting to join the tour, we ask if they need the ids too he says yes but I’m NOT IN THE MOOD! Literally am in so much shock at the level of mean energy this place gave off, the level of disinterest that Drew showed towards us, and the overall awful experience. Once Drew treated us horrible and my boyfriends parents terrible we decided to stop the tour and leave... if you want to charge luxury prices have your employees give luxury customer service or at least be genuinely nice. We are both professionals who relocated to Sarasota from Nashville and we have never had an experience like this one.

WARNING! STAY AWAY!Maintenance scratched my brand new tahoe PARKED IN MY PRIVATE RENTED DRIVEWAY when they came to remove a hornets nest.They blamed it on comcast, then the neighbor, then they said that it couldnt have been them because their 10ft cleaning poles are made of plastic....I have a private driveway with neighbors on either side who park in the garage, I drove the car an hour earlier and approached it from the same angle there was no scratch. My office is next to the window directly above the garage....there was no other person working or even in the area!$1700 a month to be treated like a fool.
