Awful!!! I used to come here years ago and so thought I would give it a try again and I’m so mad I did. My acrylics are so super thick, uneven and bumpy. The guy even cut me deep as he was using the manual file. Poor customer service as well. I did not feel welcome and feel like I paid WAAAAAAAAY too much for the awful manicure I got. I will never go back again

Ladies if you like over the top acrylic nails and designs this is the place to go for a decent price. $75.00. For toes and fingers 20.00 for my toes and 50 for a fill. With all this included I personally think this is a pretty good deal and I got Gel on fingers and toes plus a FREE cup of wine. This place is very clean and they used brand new clipers and everything. She opened the brand New package right infront of me. Everyone is very nice and welcoming and they was pretty quick. The shop its self is pretty. The decor is very nice. Very nice chairs not Dusty or Dirty. Ive gotten so many compliments on my nails. I will definitely be returning The ladys name that did my nails is TIFFANY she will be able to tell you who did my toes I cant remember her name. Just show her this photo... ❤❤❤

Ill never go to any other nail salon ever because these are my favorite nail artists they know who they are.I love coming from my champagne and getting the most wonderful pedicures and manicures 👍

I just got done with a pedicure here and have to say I am quite disappointed. I called to schedule an appointment and the pedicure started on time, but I was never asked which type of pedicure I wanted and got the most basic one. The technician rushed through the whole thing. The callous removal and exfoliation was non-existent. The so called massage was barely rubbing my feet and ankles with no pressure or variation of massage styles. It was to the point of irritating. Another customer walked in and was obviously a regular of the technician that was doing my pedicure because she finished super fast and moved on to her. I believe my technicians name was Kathy. Another customer sitting next to me was getting an awesome pedicure with salts and lotions...wish they had asked what type of pedicure I had wanted. I will not come back here. This has been the worst pedicure ever and was the opposite of relaxing, made me frustrated and tense.

I got everything just as I asked for so theres nothing to complain about. The lady that did my new was very skillful and well-trained. Also she was meticulous and throwaway went through everything just to make sure it was perfect

These ladies are amazing. Tina and Hellen are super sweet, I always have Tina so my nails when she’s available and she does an amazing job. Definitely recommend it!

Clean nail salon and affordable price. People are always welcoming and accommodating. My gel nails usually last forever. Thumbs up!

The best salon I have ever been to. I had Ann and my nails have never looked so good. I will now always go to this Salon. I have been to many other nail salons and my nails always end up having rough edges that I pick at and ruin my nails by he next day. when Ann did my nails there were no rough edges and two and a half weeks later my nails still look really good.

I love the salon here! Theyre dedicated to their customers able to give them wonderful service and lovely time. I really love my treatment here because they did have such a lovely job including shape and giving me a relaxing time...

Quick...takes walk-ins... nails look healthy and beautiful....HOWEVER, they are rude, disrespectful, and rough. I won’t be returning but I want to re-add the nails do look good I just know other places that do amazing work for the same price with a better attitude!

I had paint all over me because a customer didnt screw the cap back on. They dont check caps and they didnt discount my service at all. Forewarning others of the dangers. My acrylics here are always chipping and breaking. Ive never had that happen before. They dont offer beverages either. They are fairly priced. You get what you pay for here. Okay, not great.

My mom really enjoys getting manicures and pedicures done. She went to this place tonight for a manicure only and was serviced by Kim. She said she never felt so unwelcome and disregarded at any salon ever. Kim didnt engage her, she was too busy talking with other coworkers. She stated she will never go back, and I will never go there due to this treatment of her.Very disappointing.

I personally havent gotten my nails done here but I have heard from several people about how at least one worker here doesnt care about hurting peoples fingers at all it seems like. I have a friend that got her nails done a few days ago and they made her bleed and still made her pay even though they were the one who put her through that and the pain. I would highly not recommend going here. There are plenty of other nail places in santee so I think really any place is better than here. And I may seem harsh with this review but they were harsh to my friend in pain and others.

Theyre really friendly here but I dont think they all have licenses. I got a full set but the young lady doing it cut my cudicle by accident and it got infected. When I went back for a fill I asked for someone else and explained what happened and the girl was arguing with the main person. No idea what they were saying but arguing sounds the same in any language. I did give them a second try but they didnt come out right either time.

We were only in town for the week and we enjoyed our experience. Our pedicures were amazing, by far the best pedicure weve received!

Have gotten my nails done a few times before and this most recent time I was thoroughly disappointed. I went in to get my acrylics filled and I asked the woman doing my nails if she could do a rainbow pattern and she basically told me no and I was forced to just do one color. They also overcharged me for my service from what theyre prices are on their website. They are also rude and spent the majority of their time gossiping to each other instead of doing my nails. We had also scheduled an appointment an hour after they opened and when they arrived it seemed like they werent even ready for clients to be there. It was an odd and painful expirence and I probably will not be going back.

I was a long time customer, I hadnt been in 2 months, was out of town. The owner changed the prices are ridiculous!! Too increase so much just because they offer beverages!? My fill was done poorly with cheap product.

Tried this place out when I first moved to santee about 8 months ago and have been going religiously ever since. Leanne does an amazing job and knows just what I want when I come in. I can just sit back and relax, not having to worry about whether shes doing a good job or not (I am very picky lol) This nail place is great, if you get a chance, go there!!!

Service is really bad, they rushed over the whole thing so they dont do it right. I asked for a French style so when she did the line I wanted thinner and when I told her she complain and was saying how thing then? Very rude! It shouldnt suppose as thinner as I want? Im the customer no? My nails werent how I expected and of course since they rushed the sides dont even look clean! I could do whatever they did at home and wouldnt have to wasted my money and my time. The same happened to my boyfriend who got a pedicure and manicure and it doesnt look like he did, he literally had to get home and cut his nails again. The person who did his nails was the whole time talking to her coworkers and wasnt paying attention at all. He got a masssage which was terrible according to him. Seriously this places is awful, I would never recommend it to anybody! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. Cant even understand how it has such good reviews.When we got there, they were all busy so they made us sit and didnt say anything, not even how long we were going to wait! Its clear they dont know about customer service. Once you walked in you dont even feel welcome. They dont even offer you water or anything to drink. They are not nice, very very rude.Totally overpriced for what it is.

By far the worst quality manicure and pedicure Ive had. They paint did not provide complete coverage over the nail with 2 coats, i asked for a 3rf and was told it would be too thick. When i explained i didnt want to be able to see through the polish, she began talking in another language to her friends and walked away. Also had to have another person paint a simple heart on 2 nails.The pedicure was gel, same color as mani, and equally poor coverage and quality. I requested the callous remover and she very lightly used the regular scrubber to spread some kind of gel on my geet and the wrapped them inplastic bags for a few minutes. No further exfoliation or callous remover was used.Ive had many mani pedis and I will not be back to this place ever again.

They didnt do anything...it was terrible. And I added the tip on top of the total, and paid with credit card. She even charged me more than what I said.

Not clean. Bad service. Pedicurist left mid pedicure. Returned and rushed through it. An hour spent for a 10 minute pedicure. Still charged me full price. Prices are cheap for a reason.
