Brian at Roger Daniels now Stability alignment and brake does a great job of explaining what you need done and the options to get it done. The repairs are always well done.

These guys did a ton of work on my Jeep. Due to work, my Jeep takes quite a beating, these guys fixed, replaced, and upgraded everything my Jeep could ever need. Not only that but they did it correctly, in a timely manner and there customer service is top notch. Worked with me on a lot of stuff while my Jeep was getting worked on. Will definitely be back!

Good and fast alignment for my Jeep. I didnt get a print out of my alignment but that could be because I forgot to ask for one.

We were looking for a food place to take out 2012 Jeep Liberty and didnt trust the chain stores. Read a lot of good comments and gave them a try. They told us exactly what we needed and explained everything. Having done my own research, I knew they were putting us on the correct path. I would highly recommend them for your alignment needs.

Honest mechanics

I went in for an alignment and they told me I needed 500 hundred dollars more worth of work and I’d have to have an alignment again later. I asked them to just do the alignment and my regular mechanic looked at it afterwards and said it didn’t need half the work they recommended. The car drove worse after taking it in to their shop. Who knows what they did...

Im a returning customer as I was very pleased with the interaction I had in our previous appointment with Bryan(its been a while). I recently had my flat tire repaired, but during the process, the tow truck driver broke our wheel lug stud. I finally had the opportunity to take it to the shop, but I knew they were going to be busy on Presidents Day. They were able to work my car in and called me when the car was ready. The price was definitely was quite reasonable as some other garages were quoting me 75 to 95 dollars. Thanks Roger Daniels!

OMG THEY ARE SOOO AWESOME! I commissioned these good folks to help me in my purchase of a new car as a 3rd party mechanic to inspect potential purchases. These people are thorough beyond anything I could have hoped/asked! They had answers to questions I would have NEVER thought to ask. I cannot adequately express my gratitude for their patience, professionalism and kindness. They made the arduous process of car buying so much less stressful since I knew they wouldnt steer me wrong! Now I as I am driving my new-to-me vehicle I am at peace with my choice to choose Roger Daniel!!

I was recommended here by Discount Tire when the time before I was recommended to East County Alignment which I was EXTREMELY happy with but they were too busy for me that day. I was forced to settle for Roger Daniels and I paid for it big time. Not only did I get a $1000 bill on a car that only has 40k miles on it. CRAZY! More importantly, I came in for a simple alignment and they couldnt even do that right. They told me without the repairs it wouldnt be beneficial for me to align. When I know it was. I told them to align my car anyways. I left with my steering wheel OFF CENTER and the car PULLING LEFT. 3 months later my tires are completely ruined from their lack of time put into the alignment because I was reluctant to authorize the repairs I know were not needed because East County told me I was fine just months prior. I WILL just wait the extra day next time and go down the street to East County Alignment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This place is a rip off dishonest sleaze bag place. Dont take you Vehicle here, they will lie and upcharge and then perform crapy work.

I was told about this place from numerous people with great reviews from everyone. Ive been there twice now and dealt with honest, straight-forward people who know their stuff. The work was top notch and at a fair price. The last time I just needed an alignment and they took the time to spec the breaks as well. Ill need new pads sooner than later but they never tried to push to do the work now. They will continue to get my business and I highly refer them to anyone.

Overpriced, poor quality. Charged me 5K, mostly labor costs, for suspension work. Car now pulls to the right, makes wierd noises and is not in alignment. They were suppose to call me with gear info. That was 2 weeks ago and no word yet

I have no idea where these 1 star reviews are coming from. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma with a 2in lift on 32s, that I was having alignment issues with. Not only did they help me with all of my alignment issues but checked out my rear drums and other suspension components for free. Ive been to so many performance shops that I will not name and know the difference between crap and quality work. I have recommended Roger Daniels and will continue to.Alignment and tire balance $150, eat it internet jockeys.

Would recommend them to anyone in need of a great break, suspension and alignment specialist. Will fix it right the first time.

My dad was in the lubricants business (Go Kendall Oil!) since I was in preschool (recently retired)! I am 37 now and go to the shops he recommends. Not because they were his customers but because he knows the owners and the mechanics and knows they do great work and are honest.When it comes to anything to do with the alignment or suspension on any vehicle, I have always taken it to Roger Daniels.I do recommend them highly and if you have a problem with any work and are civil about the issue they will make it right. Customer service is a two way street, I have seen upset people trash the other side, never helps...

Wow service. Wow integrity. Wow technical staff. I brought my Jeep JK 2009 Wrangler in to deal with the infamous death wobble earlier this year. they found several issues wrong with the Jeep, but said to fix the have to fix items first to see if it worked, instead of fixing everything. I REALLY appreciated that kind of sensitivity to cost. Only fix the items that are contributing to the problems.Im so impressed with Roger Daniels staff and making sure they got everything taken care of properly. Even though there were some additonal problems that needed to be fixed (It was known JEEP design issues that are not easy to deal with when you have lifted and modified Jeeps), they were able to handle. I am absolutely satisfied customer, and would highly recommend an Jeep (JK JL etc) to use there alignment services for your off-road vehicle. They know their stuff, and will get it done right! Thanks guys!!

These guys were recommended to me to have a front alignment done to my classic car. These guys nickeled and dimed me to death to the tune of just over $1400.00. When I took the car to another mechanic, I told him what they said they had done. He told me that I had been Seriously Ripped Off. Everything they did to my car should have only cost $250.00 Max! ! ! ! !Buyer Beware. . .These guys are real Silver Tonged Devils, theyll get your money before you realize its gone! ! ! ! !

If I could give ROGER DANIELS ALIGNMENT a ZERO I would. Last year my wifes car was in this shop and the overall experience was NOT good. It takes an awful lot though for me to take the time out to write a review especially any negative reviews. Im not that kind of guy. I am darn fair with credit when deserved. Everyone has bad days, however this visit to Rogers was my personal car I know very well and boy did they drop the ball. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS HAS 5 STARS CONCIDERING I KNOW 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ALSO LEFT THEIR SHOP WITH A POOR EXPERIENCE BUT FOR SOME REASON HIS YELP POST DOES NOT COME UP IN THEIR HISTORY SO HOPEFULLY EVERYONE GETS THIS MESSEGE AND VISIT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! They will recommend the most un-needed repairs that I know ARE because I am ASE certified. These guys recommended things that blew me away. I know it and when asked to show me, they couldnt show me anything bad or remotely worn as they call it. Everything was solid as it only has 60,000 mi on it. Please be careful I fell into reading these reviews and paid for it with the terrible tire wear I recieved 3 months later. Ive brought it back 2 times never fixed it. another mechanic fixed it in 10 min. for free i might add. never go here! OK update almost lost 2 control arms on the freeway called in to find out if they will fix it. nope im a liar and im living in make believe land. he is in fantasy land if thinks the bar and bbb arent going to have anything to say about this. he refused to do anything and said he will sue me for harassment. so go here, and when you have a problem you will get sued if you complain. stay tuned and search youtube for rodger daniels alignmet in santee
