What Mike is saying is NOT true!!! I live in the house where the trees were removed. They showed up at 8am a total of 5 guys and there was no screaming or yelling. They were on time and efficient and were done in 45 minutes! Ive never seen a more professional fast efficient team using hand signals to talk with each other. I watched them the whole time. The person who owns the house was outside the whole time taking pictures and no one came out to complain. I dont know why you would lie!! This company is fair, honest and reputable. The noise was no more than the garage trucks or the street cleaner that come around

We were told the work crew would be out some time Wednesday morning. Wednesday came and went, no work crew, no word from the office. Crew arrived Thursday, and were unsure of the work to be done. I showed them the written proposal, and they called their boss for clarification. My wife wanted the wood chips, but since it was not in the proposal, no chips were left. Fair enough. What was stated in the proposal was that all firewood was to be left on site. No firewood was left on site. They were extremely rude on the phone when discussing the matter. Demanded full payment for an uncompleted job.

8am on a Saturday morning, chainsaws, chippers and 7 people running around yelling. When approached was basically told to F off.Santa Rosa noise orrdinance since this company apperantly doesn’t know or care.“ (A) The only sounds permitted shall be either music or human speech, or both. (B) The operation of sound-amplifying equipment shall only occur between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. each day except on Sundays and legal holidays.”

Incredibly abusive verbally to one of my dear friends and did not follow through on the agreement of services that were included in the agreed-upon estimate. A job that should have been done in a day or two stretched out over weeks of arguing. This man is an opportunist who is looking for people to take advantage of
