Ramon and his team were incredibly professional and all-around excellent with our cross-town move. They were very efficient and careful with our belongings! This is a combination that is rare to find in movers. They even finished the move quicker than initially anticipated. We would totally hire North Bay Movers again.

Mike and Chris did an excellent job moving very heavy furniture. They arrived on time. They worked incredibly hard, they were careful, and very professional. They unloaded our furniture at the destination and made sure they put it just where we wanted it to go. They had good suggestions about placement as well. I was very impressed with their on time service and can do attitude. We moved from Santa Rosa to Humboldt County with a 16 truck. Excellent service!David got back to me quickly when I submitted my information. He had time available, and helped me schedule a slot that worked for me, and made sure I was happy with my service. Additionally, I had to reschedule last minute, and he was very friendly about it, and got me a slot for the next day!David was there personally to make sure that my piano got to my new home safely. I had a 6 foot grand piano, and he and only one other fellow got it to my new house between 2-3 hours in perfect condition! They had that piano wrapped up in so much plastic wrap and so many blankets, that it wasnt about to get damaged. They had all the right equipment, and I could tell by how they were working, they knew exactly what they were doing.I was even curious about how they were going to move a grand piano, so David explained what they were doing to me as they were doing it. A bonus!Both of them were friendly, courteous, and hard-working. Worth every penny!

I am so glad I called North Bay Movers. From the first phone conversation with David, we received professional, courteous, and caring service. We were not able to do as much pre-packing as I had hoped and my last minute phone calls that we would need increased services were met with with calm assurances that we would be well taken care of. The day of our move started early with Mike, Ramon, and Fred showing up on time and prepared with all of the supplies they would need. Mike explained the entire process and gave us a clear estimate based on the job at hand. Once all of the explaining and estimating was done, all three men sprang into action and with the exception of a short lunch break, they didnt stop moving until the job was done. From my perspective it was a hard move because our new home is condo with three levels! Mike, Fred, and Ramon remained cheerful and smiling from the beginning to the end. It can be kind of awkward to have strangers moving your personal belongings but by the end of the day these men felt like members of the family. I heard not one complaint, sigh, or groan of dismay. Unfortunately the heaviest items had to go all the way to the top floor, but bless their hearts, Ramon, Fred, and Mike were totally unfazed by the challenge. I was very, very impressed by their professionalism and their kindness. I highly recommend this company.

As promised they showed up right on time, started working and didn’t stop until the job was finished. And it wasn’t a small job. I had my doubts that three guys could pull it off within the parameters of the quote that we received, but they did it with courtesy and a level of professionalism that was impressive! They took the time to explain the plan for the day, and walked us through the process patiently and in a very thoughtful way. They stopped to answer questions – always making us feel like we were the priority (not just in the way). When things looked weird (poorly packed, mislabeled, etc. – and there was a little of that ) they pointed it out and made sure to get clarification on how we wanted things handled. There was not a bit of damage, nothing missing, and they got the job done so close to the estimate that I was frankly amazed! This was a two location somewhat complicated move – or at least I thought so. We had an excellent experience with David Nolan and North Bay Movers during our recent move. David was easy to communicate with as we worked out the details of the move. He answered all my questions with patience, came up with creative solutions and followed up with a clear email communication of the plan. The men he sent to pack and load our belongings were exceptional, not only punctual, professional, quick and competent but kind, courteous and personable as well. They packed, loaded, transported and unloaded our belongings with great care. North Bay Movers recently handled my77 year old fathers move from the large house in the country he lived in for 43 years to a little house in town. In addition to being on time, fast as lightening, and significantly less expensive than any company in town, they were friendly, personable, and understanding of how hard the move was on my dad. We could not have asked for a better experience (and the actual expense came in under the estimate!) and recommend North Bay movers without reservation!

These guys were professional, courteous, efficient, and made our moving experience as positive as possible. The owner came out, gave an estimate of time and equipment, and explained his hourly rate. We had a 2500 square foot, four person house to move - not a small job! The team of 4 arrived at 7 am with two 38 foot trucks, then worked continuously (with a half hour lunch) until we were completely unloaded. Even helping with unanticipated last minute packing, they still finished within an hour of their estimated time. The entire time the team was positive, encouraging, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

I cant praise the staff at North Bay Movers Company highly enough! From my first contact with Dave the owner, to the phone call on the day of the move asking if they could come early, we were treated with respect and courtesy. We had to move to the third floor of an apartment building in Rohnert Park from a house in Santa Rosa. It took a lot of stress off of my husband and myself physically knowing we were in such good and capable hands. I originally chose North Bay Movers because of his Christian fish symbol and I will continue to use North Bay Movers in the future because of their hard working, professional and friendly staff :)

I called David at North Bay Movers on a Tuesday, desperate and overwhelmed about an impending move. He sent his team on Friday and they did an excellent job of moving everything out of the house in a professional manner. They were personable, helpful and fast. They finished in about 4 1/2 hours which was half the time we originally thought it would take. I would highly recommend North Bay Movers. They were so professional and good that they took the stress away from me for that day.

They crew was fantastic. Super fast, and everything arrived safe and sound. David even made a personal appearance first thing in the morning. He drove an hour just to say hi, walk through the house, and check in with the crew.My only complaint if you can call it that, was the informal nature of the scheduling of the move. In the past with other companies there was always a lot of paperwork and deposits requires prior to the move day. With David, all we needed to do was confirm the day and time over email. In the back of my mind, I was wondering, will they show...but alas, nothing to worry about. They showed up early, finished earlier than expected, and came out charging me less than the estimate.Thanks!

I do not normally write reviews, but I will this time! I called to get a quote to move a small upright piano a half mile away with only one stair at each residence and was quoted almost $500.00! Plus the person on the other end was such a rude and unpleasant person (man) and he acted like it was such a chore to speak to me! I called another piano mover, VERY pleasant and they quoted me $260.00!

David, the owner of North Bay, responded right away to schedule a single item move. In fact, he had an opening the same day and sent his guys right over. I had input the pick-up address into their system with an error, so Jesse and Carlos called to find me at the right location. Once they loaded up, drove to the new location, unloaded and set up the item theyd moved, they followed me to the ATM as I hadnt had time to get cash prior to their arrival. Organized, professional and fast.

These guys were fantastic! They moved a large two-door commercial refrigerator for me from one building to another building. It was a tricky move--tight fit, tight corners--but they were brilliant at it. Since Id just moved the refrigerator six months before, I was in a good position to notice the difference between the two moving experiences. With bad movers--like the company who moved it the first time--I was constantly worried that something was going to get broken or someone was going to get hurt. Not so with North Bay Movers, who are consummate professionals. I had total confidence that David and his team were moving things carefully and well so I could just relax. Plus they were clean, super-friendly, and had great attitudes. I know who Im going to hire next time I have anything to move: North Bay Movers!

First, I want to say that I am a real customer of North Bay Movers. I hired them for my move from Penngrove to Rohnert Park on Sunday June 21, 2015.To say I am happy with the service I received from North Bay Movers would be an understatement. David and the 2 movers he sent were absolutely top notch. David responded to my initial request for an online quote the very same day- even though it was a Sunday. He was able to get me on the schedule even with short notice and answered all of my questions right way. The 2 movers that came on moving day were nothing short of amazing. They arrived on time, they were fast but still very careful, professional, friendly and really knew what they were doing. I have some family heirloom furniture as well as some Pottery Barn furniture (including a dining room table) and they gave it all the red carpet treatment; they handled it very carefully and wrapped it to make sure it wouldnt get damaged. They did everything PERFECTLY, there is not one thing I can think of that they could have done to make it any better. On top of the great service and the great job they did, they were also very affordable. I have to say I have never had such a wonderful moving experience. The staff was very careful to avoid any damage to the brand new building and even laid down cardboard in the entryway to stop any damage and to keep the floor clean. After having heard horror stories about moving company experiences, and having suffered through two very stressful moves previously, my husband and I were just hoping to survive our recent and most difficult move. Our move was from So.Cal to Nor.Cal. We were downsizing to a much smaller temporary rental home and a storage facility. North Bay Movers sent two trucks and a crew of two. Our experience with North Bay Movers gave us hope for the future. The crew was prompt, professional and they actually seemed to enjoy their jobs! They were very careful with our belongings, and really treated our property as if it were their own. They met every challenge with a positive attitude and an abundance of energy.
