Great place for the kids. The rock wall was an amazing experience for the kids over 5. Lots of fun!

This place is amazing. Ive hosted a party here and have taken my kids to probably 10 . I dont know what it is...the set-up, the acoustics... This place is SO. MUCH. BETTER. than its competitors. As a parent, these jumpy places are kind of my nightmare, but this place does it right. It is quieter, calmer, less over-stimulating, the whole shebang. The gals working there are lovely and my kids come home happily exhausted. Whether youre hosting or just attending a party, Kids Party Central needs to be on your radar.

Perfect experience at a reasonable price. Had a party for my 9 year old with about 20 little boys. They had a blast and the staff were amazing! They do everything for you and provide unlimited water which is awesome. High recommend!

This place has always been our little guy favorite indoor play place. The fee was reasonable $7 for unlimited hours if you buy a 10 visit package it only cost $60. They have decent selection of snack and juice. Socks to purchase. Facilities was super clean. Highly recommend.

Kids Party Central, Santa Rosa, has proven to be nothing but crooks. We paid a deposit for our daughters 5th birthday party to take place on April 4, 2020. A representative from Party Central called on March 18, 2020, to cancel the party due to COVID-19 closures and said theyd be in touch at a later time to provide an update and alternatives. The last contact weve had from Party Central was a automated survey, thanking us for having our party there and requesting submittal of a survey. Absurd! Subsequently, Party Central has disconnected their phone and has not responded to messages via e-mail and Facebook messenger. In June, we contacted our bank, Chase, to file a claim for a refund of the deposit, because clearly, due to current circumstances, no party will be happening any time soon. The bank investigated and miraculously was able to reach Party Central. Party Centrals response was: The deposit is non-refundable. Period. End of story. Based on that response, Chase finalized the claim and denied the refund of the deposit. Kids Party Central is clearly not reopening any time in the future, if ever. Their refusal to communicate with their customers is poor business and cowardly. They should be ashamed. We will never, ever do business with this company again, nor recommend their facility to anyone, which is more than likely a moot point, because theyll probably never open their doors again. Instead, theyve pocketed hundreds of dollars worth of deposits, never intending to provide the services. Communication and common courtesy are key when running a business. Everyone is struggling in these tough times, but apparently Kids Party Central is okay with stealing peoples money.

Weve done birthday parties here twice now for ourselves as well as attended a few others. The kids always have a great time. The Inflatables are big enough that adults can bounce on them too if we so desire. Im doing four stars because one of the inflatables has a large hole in it and has not been patched very well and my kids kept kind of falling into the hole area. Their open jump is great and we like the rock wall too.

I have had my kids birthday party here and have attended multiple parties here.. Great place to have a party I would say 10 years old and under.. The prices are great, depending on party bookings you have the option to book more party time which I loved and definitely needed.. The girls that work there are awesome!

This place is amazing! We had a blast at my sons first birthday. We had a huge age range of people 1 years to 65 and they all enjoyed themselves. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable letting my 1 year old crawl around on the floor. The ball pit had what looked like brand new balls and didnt smell like stinky feet like some indoor parks I have been to in the area. The staff were AMAZING and had no problem with my son smashing his cake all over the floor and cool blow up chair he was sitting in. We will definitely be back we love this place

Went here for a kids birthday party. The kids ages 5 and up loved it, especially the rock wall climbing. Party room was big. I would definitely consider Kids Party Central for our littles birthday.

Its a warehouse building with a playground, bounce houses, and climbing wall. Staff is friendly. Seems like a good spot for the under 5 birthday party. Fans keeping the attractions going are loud, and bounce houses are kind of limited.

Had a birthday party for my 8 year old daughter just this week. The staff were so nice and accommodating, the facility was clean and well cared for and the different option available for the party itself made it a very easy choice for a large group of high energy kids. Everyone had a great time and the smiles and laughter were priceless! I highly recommend KPC for a very fun party solution!

It was hard to find. But it was a cool place once there. I saw that they have free play during the week for $8.00

I booked my childs birthday party at Kids Party Central. The place was clean and the room was ready for us when we arrived. I brought in the cake a a couple of cases of water. The rest: pizzas, juice boxes, tablecloths, plates, cutlery, decorations and a hostess were provided by KPC. The kids played first that included the climbing rock wall. The hostess had great communication and made sure we agreed on everything in advance. The transition from play to party was seamless. The hostess took care of setting up, serving, writing down who gave which gifts and even offered to help us pack into our car before they cleaned up. KPC made the entire event easy and when it was apparent that the 25 I had booked for wasnt going to happen they adjusted the price for me. I can not day enough about Kids Party Central. I highly recommend considering them for your next kids event. Thank you, Cynthia

We went to a friends party here about 2 years ago and it seemed normal. As is at any place like this the party scene is pretty lame. You dont get much and it is in and out like clock work. I personally would never have my kids party at a place like this because I think it is a rip off even though it is really fun for them. The staff at these places is always some young kids just trying to make a few bucks and have virtually no skills and not a care in the world including your kids but that is par for the coarse. What was good about this place was the setup and how much stuff they have compared to Pump it Up. It is way better and you get way more bang for you buck compared to Pump it Up where they have only a couple attractions. I will be going here again soon and will evaluate it again. From what I understand it now has even more attractions including a rock wall.

Have gone during open plays. Kids have fun and more enjoyable when there are other kids to interact with.

I just had my kids party at party central..It was sopose to be a private party and my sisters ex boyfriends familys party was right across from mine and while were having a good time, her ex boyfriends cousin came in trying to fight my sister family while all my party guest watched and tried to break it.. we seriously had to have 2 employees in front of our door i called the cops they did nothinq! But the employees told me we need to pack up and leave and kept hurring us to leave when we did noting. His family came into my party! I will never reccomend them to anyone because we got kicked out for nothing. I will never go back to party central for a party! I still payed full price for my kids ruined party! Party central kicked us out while the people from the other party stayed now my kids party was ruined. Dont reccomend!

Great olace for kids parties, reasonable, well-run, outstanding staff

Went to a friends party last weekend and initially was pretty impressed with it. As a matter of fact my wife and I were saying how we wanted to book our sons 4 year birthday part there in April. That changed pretty quickly after noticing how rude the staff was.One of the girls there got rude with me when I asked to buy my son a package of fruit snacks after standing there for 5 minutes without seeing anyone else. Granted I was interrupting her balloon blowing, but I shouldnt have gotten the attitude. Then I saw another one of the girls get extremely rude with a guy from the next party coming in. He wanted to set some of their things to the side and she told him that they had to wait outside until our party was over. He asked if he could just leave the stuff in a corner, and she just turned around a walked away right by me and said ugh, Just do whatever you want, I really dont even care. There were other instances of complete rudeness by the staff. We have talked to other people that have been there, and they pretty much say the same thing about their experiences. So we will not be having his birthday there.

It was a great experience, staff was friendly and kids love it.
