We rented a 3-in-1 (bounce house with an enclosed slide and basketball hoop) for my son’s 6th birthday party. It was an absolute hit! Jumpin Jacks bouncy house was a great idea! They delivered it on time and picked it up the next day so we had it for 24 hours. They offer all sorts of designs like princess, Batman or dinosaurs. We ordered the dinosaur one. The kids loved it! We will definitely use their service again.

We got one of their combos that includes a bounce house, popcorn machine and large game (we opted for the Jenka.) The set up team was very professional and helpful and answered all our questions. They are very affordable and offer a overnight selection as well (great for our little partiers) and offer quality. They are very responsive and make a seem less transaction. We will definitely be using them for all of our future events to come.

My 14 year old wanted a jumpy house for her birthday. We got the 5 in 1 bounce house. I thought the kids would be bored with it after a while but they were in it all day!!!! It was awesome. Set up and clean up was seamless! We have a smaller yard but the representatives made it work!

Jumpin Jacks is BUSY MOM APPROVED!! After a very long, exhausting year of schooling our children at home, we decided on a last minute birthday party for our 7-year-old son. Of course a jumphouse was his first request! I wasn’t sure if I could make that happen with only a few days notice for our party. I started by looking on their website and sent a late night email with the details of my request. The next morning the owner of Jumpin Jacks, Joe, not only responded to my email, but sent me a text message as well. We proceeded to text back and forth, he patiently answered all of my questions, and we were able to book the perfect jumphouse for our party...all via text!! A couple days later I reached out to Joe once again about adding on some tables and chairs to rent. Once again, he responded super quickly and took care of my needs all through text. This process was hugely convenient for me! That experience alone was enough for me to be very pleased with Jumpin Jacks’ customer service...but wait, there’s more!! The 4 young men who delivered and picked up the jumphouse, tables, and chairs for us were extremely punctual, courteous, professional, respectful, and clean! I was able to order the bounce house that I wanted 3 weeks before my event. I could see what was available for the date that I wanted. They confirmed my reservation immediately. I called the day before delivery was set to switch it from a grass setup to black top set up, and they accommodated me. Our bounce house was delivered early!! Fast setup and removal. The on-site cleaning was a nice touch. When I used them 2 years ago I accidentally put the wrong event address and they were wonderful about changing it even after they arrived at my house. Will definitely use as long as my daughter wants jumpys at her birthday.
