Had service for 4 years and was satisfied even referred the service out to neighbors. Now, same tech comes out and spends 15 minutes and then leaves and is $99. Thats $400 hourly at that rate.. No dewebbing, no assistance w ants when called. Does not complete the service advertised and sold to the customer. Disappointed. They were an excellent company. Now owned by a large corporate group when I called to give feedback,they were apathetic and said okay. Use a local service. Clark of Santa Rosa is no longer local and clearly in decline.

Ted has done a great job over the years keeping our home pest free and taking care of any problem that comes up. Professional, friendly and very helpful when we have questions. We really notice a difference when hes not available.

I called Clark at 7:30am because their website says they open at 6am. I talked to a nice lady who was not able to schedule a technician to come out due to a technical glitch with their system. She said she would email them and they would call me shortly after 8am when they get in to the office( so much for being open at 6am). I waited until 10am and called them back asking for someone to contact me to schedule the technician to come out as my house is infested with fleas. No one ever called and no one ever came by. I wasted half my day waiting for them to call me back and never once got a call. dont waste your time.

The Clarks folks and subcontractors replaced all of the insulation that had been contaminated in our new house. The project lead identified a potential damage risk due to the presence of fire sprinklers in part of the home and worked with a fire suppression system specialist we found to get the system turned off while the workmen moved about the attic. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and the cost was reasonable. Nicely done, folks!

We have used Clark Pest Control for many years. Tom, our service provider, always comes at our convenience. We are serviced every two months. Tom brushes under our eaves, does an inspection for any nests or hives and then lightly sprays the periphery of our house. To this day we have no pest problems. Extremely happy!

Clark Pest is a very good company that provides well trained knowledgeable people to handle servicing my home pest extermination needs in a very efficient manner.

I live near a river and also have fruit trees we have some issues with rodents. They place bait that is not accessible to cats or dogs. They also check area around my house for bee hives. They spray for ants .

Clarks professionalism and expertise was demonstrated by all 4 of the individuals I interacted with on a recent issue with termites and fungus. From the inspector who came out to do the assessment, prepare a detailed report, and explain the recommended solutions, to the two young men who did the work, to the owner who came by to check on the job and to see if I had any questions or concerns, every contact was pleasant, professional, and respectful. As a bonus, their cost was much lower for a more comprehensive solution than the proposal I received from another company.

I am giving the 5 Star for Ray ... not his replacement. Ray was thorough & always went the extra mile to make certain everything was taken care, including knocking down the spider webs as in my contract. Unfortunately ... whomever you sent as his replacement did not do all the work (none of the spider webs, etc were taken care of ... only a report of critter activity) that Ray did ... so, I cancelled.

Signed up for the service primarily for control of Tics on the hillside behind my home. Made it very clear this was my primary concern. The hill has a easy grade with stairs up half of it. The pest control techs don’t want to walk up the hill. The last guy that showed was a foreman and didn’t even attempt it. Said they only spray around the house. They shouldn’t have signed me up if that is the case, because I was very clear about my expectations. My dog now has tics because my pest service is worthless.

After saying they would send a technician out they called right at the end of the window given and said if I don’t sign a year contract they won’t come even though I had already told the agent I would not be ingested in a long term contract just a one time removal

If I could give this a zero I would! I wanted to warn others about an awful sales practice that I experienced with Clark’s pest control out of Santa Rosa. I called the office to request an appointment and directly asked the receptionist what the process looks like ( what happens at initial visit, what happens afterwards, price, etc) I was told that she could not tell me anything except that the initial inspection is $150.00 ( to which I agreed) and that the tech on site would tell me the rest. I specifically asked to speak to a tech before scheduling the appointment as I wanted to understand the process, timing and cost. The woman told me she cannot tell me anything more. I scheduled the appointment and after 20 min of q/a when I wanted the tech to do the work I was informed that they only do service if one signs up for a year worth of maintenance at a $100.00 every other month. I couldn’t believe it - that this was hidden from me until the actual appointment. That I had to take time off work- drive over to the house in pouring rain to this information. This company’s sales practice is awful! They try and trap you into a maintenance agreement once they arrive to the initial appointment. This should have been conveyed to me /prospective client over the phone. Please BEWARE of CLARKS pest control!!

Ive paid for 4 months of pest service and still have ants and silverfish. When I complained about it, I was told its my fault for not complaining sooner. I told the manager Scott brown they had 1 more month to get it under control or Id seek a refund. He responded by cancelling our service.

Although the service provider was nice,And I don’t know if the mole treatment applied today will be effective,I am at this point agreeing with a previous one star yelp review.I was misled about the cost of the service call. I was told by the phone person that it would be $95.This for mole or gopher eradication.Kevin, the service person upon arriving today, said that no.no. It was $160. What?Many questions by Kevin. How long since pest control at my house. etc etc.then he states.WE DONT DO ONE TIME SERVICING. ....and explains that I have to buy a one year service.Where he come as “checks” for moles every other month for $95.00 !!! automatically billed at $45. Per month on the credit card you’ve already provided.SO. THE MOLE TREATMENT COSTS $750.00Clearly a scam at old people here in Oakmont.So, yes. I feel totally scammed!!PLEASE be careful before calling:CLARKS SANTA ROSA PEST CONTROL !!I’m calling my bank and am changing credit cards.

Clark Pest Control, and specifically John, have given me peace of mind. After a disgusting rat infestation in my neighborhood of which Im aware because I had routes of entry the rats used so they could hang out inside my house. John was the person who responded to my first call for help and has been providing service every other month since. When a contractor found my deck was full of termites, one phone call resulted in another person from Clark coming to my home immediately to inspect the house. Good news - the termites hadnt made it to the house! For the last couple of years, Clark Pest Control has been very responsive to my needs and have kept my home pest free. The peace of mind is worth so much more than the nominal charge for the bi-monthly service visits. As far as Im concerned, Clark is my service provider for the rest of my life!

The service agent always checks in upon arrival and lets me know what hes doing. Since I currently have a bee hive in my yard, Clarks is very careful to use products that will not hurt them or my little dog. When I have a problem with payment set up, the customer service is so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Clarks to any of my friends.

Ted is great. Please do not change him. Hes always punctual and calls if he has a problem. When weve had a problem, which is very infrequent, he either fixes it or gives me directions on what to do.
