I shopped from San Francisco to New York to Los Angeles trying to find a specific diamond with no luck until I went into Mark Allen Jewelers. Nate and Mark were friendly, helpful and resourceful. They found me exactly what I wanted in an engagement ring. Pricing was very competitive and it’s always nice to be able to do business locally. They are truly a 5 star business.

I was recommended to Mark Allen Jewelers by a close friend who knew I was beginning to look for engagement rings. Upon arriving to Mark Allen I knew absolutely nothing about diamonds and admitted so to Felicia, the person assisting me. She promptly helped me figure out my price range and educated me on the scales of clarity and color and how they affect the price. She then proceeded to present me with a multitude of diamonds that were appropriate. At no point did I ever feel like they were trying to up-sale me, like Ive felt with other jewelers, and were very respectful to my price range.Of course, the end product is absolutely stunning!Thank you Mark Allen Jewelers for making this moment perfect!

I have been shopping here for over 20 years. For engagement to just because. They have always had great products. My wife’s wedding ring is 20 years old and still looks like new. She damaged it last week in a door. They fixed it in two days back to awesome again. Just the other day I forgot her birthday (opps). So I stopped by and talked to Nate he put a necklace together. Simply amazing. Ive purchased jewelry from Mark Allen before and been really impressed with the quality. This time we asked them to remove the clasp on my wifes diamond ring and rebuild the band to fit her finger correctly. The engagement ring turned out amazing. We couldnt tell where the ring was cut and where they built the new band. The best part is the ring looks better than the day I gave it to her! Mark Allen Jewelers really went above and beyond. By far the best jewelry store in Santa Rosa hands down.

He had an idea of what I wanted (I had of course sent him lots of Pinterest photos of my preferences throughout the months). Mark used this information to help Jake create a custom ring that is exactly what I wanted, nothing more, nothing less. Upon receipt, I was thrilled at the beauty, radiance, and simplicity.It was a bit large when I first received it, so Mark resized a couple sizes down, no problem. Unfortunately when I got it back, it (and the wedding band) was too small! At no fault to Mark or his team, I just have very bony fingers so theyre challenging to fit over my big knuckles! I felt so bad having to call them back to ask them to size it AGAIN but they were so kind and gracious and gladly resized with no complaints or negative energy, it was their pleasure. Both rings now fit perfectly.Each time Ive gone into the shop, Im greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. Mark and his team are truly a pleasure to work with and always make friendly conversation during and after the transaction. Luckily all humans and animals are safe, however the only other thing to survive the fire was my fiancé’s engagement ring.We took the ring to Mark Allen as it was in pretty bad shape and I wasn’t sure it would ever be the same. Geoff initially chose Marc Allen because they were the only shop in town that listened to what Geoff wanted for my ring. They were open to his ideas and inspiration to come up with my dream ring. I was blown away the night my fiancé proposed by just how amazing and perfect the ring was. It exceeded all my dreams. So when it came time for me to get my fiancé’s ring it was a no brainer for me to use Mark Allen jewelers to create Geoff’s ring. And sure enough they knocked it out of the park again! Nate was the man who worked with both of us to create our rings and he nailed it twice. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and Mark Allen and his son Nate were great and helped him design exactly what we were looking for. They are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Their jewelry is high quality and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do when you talk to them. They resized my engagement ring for free and when ever I am around the store in Santa Rosa I stop in and they clean the ring for free. We also bought our wedding bands here and will definitely be back in the future!

I drove down from Ukiah to see Mark after spending over 20 hours researching diamonds and calculating options for an engagement ring. I looked at websites, local jewelers, you name it.
