This is my first CrossFit box and its an amazing experience. During my sign up and testing the water phase, there was zero pressure to join it was a very welcoming and easy going process. On my first visit Eric was my instructor, he was a great motivator and educator. Overall I couldnt be happier that I signed up!
Have been a member of CFSR and SRSC for just over 2 years. The transformation is REAL! I went from a 48 waist at 54 back to my 32 waist I had in high school! I am also the fittest I have been in 20 years. I was an insulin dependent type 2 diabetic and now manage my health with exercise and nutrition. Those are the results. What made this journey possible was my gym family, encouraging this overweight wobbly 50 year old to make changes. All of the coaches are passionate about affecting change and helping you achieve your goals for both my strength conditioning and pushing my CrossFit limits. Not only that, all the gym members I have met and work out with are genuine, down to earth and motivating! This gym also welcomes people from all walks of life! I say this during every WOD and I mean it...SANTA ROSA CROSSFIT ROCKS!
My wife and I have been apart of SRSC for a little over a year and absolutely love it. We feel apart of a family who always makes you feel at home when working out. They have pushed me to better myself at my own pace and to enjoy the fitness journey! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
Love the community at this gym. Great coaches who work with athletes to tailor goals to their individual levels and goals. Well worth the value!

This place is great!The staff and clients have a “Community” attitude that is inviting and makes everyone feel welcome. I am 53 years old and hadn’t been in a gym in 25 years. When needed the program has modified options to help complete the workout with success. The Custom Program is designed for individual achievement and progress.I joined 3 months ago after searching for a place that wasn’t the typical gym environment. I was looking for somewhere that had enough variety to keep it interesting, challenging but enjoyable enough to keep showing up. This gym is everything you would want. The facility is clean, the gym is organized, the owner is kind, and the workouts push you.
I have been a weight lifter all my life. Found Olympic lifting a few years ago and it helped heal some injures. It made me understand mobility and the importance of proper movement. Joined SRSC and found my home. Incredible instruction for movement and proper techniques. Great programming for my workouts-something I thought I didnt need. In three months I have made more progress than three years. I move better, I feel great, and I am leaner than I have ever been. On top of that I love the camaraderie of the group-good people as part of the team. Cant recommend them enough.

Joining Santa Rosa Strength and Conditioning has been positive change in my life. It helped me find my love of lifting and Crossfit again after the birth of my first child. The trainers and staff are very supportive and encouraging; they are there to help you reach your fullest potential, as well as help you to not only achieve, but surpass whatever goals you have set for yourself. Since joining, I have lost weight, increased strength, and met some wonderful people who have become close friends. I was skeptical to join any gym with the word Cross-Fit in it, I received a lot of warnings from friends about other Cross-Fit gyms pushing you too hard and sometimes to the point of injury. At SRSC, I didnt find any of the warnings to be true and actually the opposite, all the trainers are extremely skilled and patient with your level of ability and will modify the exercises so that you can still receive the benefits, but at your own pace. It doesnt mean they dont encourage you to push yourself, but they do so with your safety in mind.They have all levels of fitness programs from beginners to experienced and are very committed to assisting their clients in establishing and meeting their personal goals. If you resonate with anything Ive said, I would encourage you to check them out, you will be pleasantly surprised as to their unwavering commitment to your success, whatever that may be for you.
Awesome place! Been a member for about a year and cant get enough! Friendly people, great classes, and fully customized programming! Id recommended this place to anyone wanting to be a better version of themselves!

Joining SRSC is one of the greatest decisions Ive made. I weighed just over 300 pounds when I joined, and have lost close to 40 pounds in the 6 months Ive been a member. But more important than just the weight loss is the sense of community here and the tools they give you to lead a healthier life. They offer classes on nutrition, private training, and great encouragement. I was intimidated at first, but Joanna and the other trainers have been hugely supportive, and even without private training you get a lot of individual attention. Even the other members are hugely supportive of each others progress. This place definitely isnt just another gym, its a place to go if you want to work HARD to live a healthier life.

I found Santa Rosa Strength and Conditioning while looking for a means of getting fit with a challenging work schedule. I wanted a workout environment that was both social and would offer workouts appropriate to my needs. Joanna, Erik, and Kiki have far exceeded my expectations for the workouts I would receive. Their schedule allows me to fit a workout into my crazy schedule that is designed to help me meet my goals. I can’t recommend SRSC enough.

SRSC is helping to correct my overall health and fitness. When I first got there they assessed where I was at and plotted a course that would correct my weaknesses and allow me to have a new experience. In just three months, my lower back which was constantly plaguing me with soreness/pain, feels much better! I could do one good pull-up, now I can do 5. My range of motion in my shoulders and hips has increased. My progress over a 3 month period makes me excited to see what I could do as the years go by. For people that are interested in moving forward with their health and fitness, I would highly recommend giving SRSC a try!

I started going to SRSC the day after my 40th birthday. I had resumed working out at the end of 2016 after a long layoff, but after a few months of training on my own I wasnt getting the results that I wanted. I had signed up for a Spartan Super race that was scheduled for June and I didnt feel as if my training was adequate. So I decided to try something different.I found SRSC in April and signed up for their 30 day jumpstart program. Whats the worst that could happen? If I didnt like my experience there after 30 days, I could go back to my old gym.Needless to say it has been two months and Im still at SRSC! The custom workout programs are great! First you perform a physical assessment, then a custom workout program is created for you based on your ability and goals. In addition to the custom weight training programs, SRSC offers metabolic conditioning classes and OCR (obstacle course race) training. The gym has a wide variety of great equipment and the community is very welcoming to newcomers.I schedule my workouts 4-5 days a week. 2 days of my custom program, 2-3 days of metabolic conditioning, and 1-2 times per week of OCR training. I was more than prepared to take on the Monterey Spartan course!!The end result is that I completed my first Spartan race, and I performed better than expected. Many of the exercises at the Spartan race, I had already become familiar with during my SRSC classes: Atlas stone carry, the hoist, sled pull, sandbag carry, bucket carry, etc. my preparation for this even couldnt have been much better.SRSC is a great place to train for whatever goals you may have. The coaching staff is top notch and the community is friendly and fun. I couldnt imagine anywhere else that I would rather train.
