It was late in the afternoon when I noticed that there was a leaking pipe in our washer room and left some damages in our ceiling.KUDOS to Josh Morrison and his team. After an hour of contacting them, they showed up early and ready to work to fix my problem. They were professional and easy to work with. Did the first job pretty quick and left with a neat and clean work. Josh went above and beyond by helping me to find a plumber and a contractor to finish up everything. Plus getting contact with my Home Insurance to ease some burden. He really made sure that I was taking care off on everything.Grateful that I had Josh and his team.

We recently had flooding in our master bathroom and bedroom, and West Coast Fire and Water came out to assess the damage and do the mitigation. They first checked to see what areas had been affected by the water, (drywall, sub-flooring) and after determining that there was moisture under the flooring (which we could see was ruined by the flooding), they got to work. They quickly and cleanly removed the flooring, moulding, and underlayment and took care of disposal. They set up fans to dry everything out and prevent mold. They came back each day to check on the progress and when it was dried out, they removed the equipment. We couldnt have been happier with the level of service we received. The team was friendly, professional, took good care of our furniture and wore booties and masks. John was the lead on our project and communicated thoroughly with us, and was very personable. i highly recommend West Coast; they helped make a stressful situation less so for us and made sure we could move on to getting a new floor down as quickly as possible.

We had a sudden and large water pipe break in our bathroom that flooded a couple of carpeted rooms. I needed to find someone quickly to extract the water and assess the damage. In my crazed state, I went online and randomly phoned West Coast Fire and Water. It was the best thing that happened to me that day. On Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at around 11 a.m. I had the misfortune of a bathtub overflowing into my second floor bedroom, with water damage to my carpet, flooring, first floor and below. I had the Good Fortune of contacting Josh at West Coast Fire & Water. In very short order, less than 2 hours, Josh and his crew arrived, sealed off the affected areas, set up multiple blowers, humidifiers and other equipment. This is a great company. From the first person I talked to, the man who set me up with the man who did the estimate and the 4 young women who did the cleaning, they were all the best. Everything is so clean, Our house was a part of the Glass fire. We did not burn but had a lot of soat on our walls and all over everything. It feels so good to have it so clean.

From the first call they were professional, helpful, and low pressure...which was refreshing because the other several restoration companies I called were very alarmist. I had a leak under the kitchen sink that caused a mold issue and needed remediation. They did the job fast and did it well, and they were by far the most affordable. I highly recommend them.

My upstairs neighbor flooded my apartment and the manager called these guys to take care of the damage. Garett and Josh were friendly, professional and assuring me that everything gonna be OK. They took measurements of the humidity and pictures of everything what they found and through the days. Answered all my questions and concerns as this was my first time dealing with something like this. After 2 days of fens and dehumidifier running the place was dry and they could take the stuff away when they came in the morning. They stayed in touch telling me what time they arrive both mornings. Our bathroom flooded due to incorrectly attached supply line. One water damage company gave us a very high estimate for mold removal and water damage cleanup. Garett from West Coast Fire and Water was very understanding of our financial constraints and gave us an honest opinion and very reasonable estimate, 3K less than the other company. He was extremely nice and supportive. He first spoke with me over the phone for almost half an hour carefully listening to my explanations. He came to inspect the damage the day after and agreed with me that we did not need to use as many HEPA air scrubbers as the other company had recommended and we could get away creating one containment area instead of two. It was clear that he had our best interest in mind and was not just trying the charge as much as he could.

West Coast Fire & Water was hired to sanitize and disinfect Twin Pine Casino & Hotel prior to our reopening. They worked around our schedule and arrived first thing in the morning and were ready to begin ahead of schedule. They finished on time and were very efficient. After completing the fogging, they sent a crew of cleaners back in to wipe every thing down to ensure we were prepared to reopen. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a bad water leak from our backyard which filled up our crawl space with puddles. I was referred to west coast by our plumber and BEST REFERRAL!! They were came out the same day I called within an hour, did an inspection and Doyle was so precessional, respected our house didn’t make a mess at all and they were fast and fair!! After a hot water explosion upstairs that leaked down into the walls and garage, our insurance company contacted West Coast Fire & Water, and we were so happy to be matched with them to do the water damage mitigation. Josh communicated clearly and thoroughly. They set up the dehumidifier, fans, and plastic walls in such a way that we were all dried out within one day upstairs, and two days downstairs. They were a terrific team to work with and we highly recommend them.

West Coast Fire and Water came when the refrigerator leaked and destroyed the flooring. Josh Shields got to work right away and came every day to check the moisture levels. He kept me informed about the process and the progress. This company and the field workers are excellent.

After the lifting of stay-in-place restrictions, we returned to our small vacation house near the Sonoma Coast. We found that we had a water leak underneath the sink in one of our bathrooms that basically ruined the vanity cabinet and linoleum flooring. After calling West Coast Fire and Water on Wednesday, they dispatched a project manager who came and assessed the damage the same day, and then delivered a bid on Thursday. On Friday, they removed the damaged vanity and flooring, and stored the vanity counter top, sink, and toilet for later restoration. They then set up the fans and ran them all weekend. On Monday, they returned and picked up their fans. The bathroom was now ready to be restored. Professional work, communication, and management. Great job. I highly recommend the entire team.

We had a huge leak in one of the apartment complexes I work at. There was water in four apartments and the hallway. They came right away, were extremely professional. Josh Morrison was very comforting, scheduled it right away and had it done and completed earlier than expected. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and was able to stop the leak myself but required experts to assess and remove the water intrusion. West Coast sent Josh, who was very knowledgable and professional as well as patient in answering my many questions. He was willing to visit a couple hours after the incident and returned with a crew the day after the survey to start exposing the interior surfaces so they could be dried out.The team completed the tearout work quickly and left drying equipment, which performed the necessary drying within only four days. Kitchen cabinets and a countertop had to be removed, and the removal was done carefully so as to maximize the potential for reuse. For example, the countertop is completely intact and reusable. West Coast was even able to save a treasured part of a relatively new hardwood floor that had water under it.After West Coast was done the restoration company surveyed the site and they were very impressed with the quality of the work as was I. The West Coast team was really great to work with. Its always a good sign when, during break times, you hear the crew laughing -- it shows they are happy with their job and enjoy each others company. Its the kind of energy you need in difficult situations like this. Overall, I wish I could give the company 6 stars here. They were just fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Called ServePro this morning to let them know that we took care of the issue through other means. The response was oh okay. Very disappointed. This is not the same ServePro that we have had a good experience with in the past.
