You cannot go wrong with Coit! They do a fabulous job!

It was fine. Technician was courteous and on time. The carpet just didn’t get as clean as I hoped. We have had better experiences in the past and a much cleaner result. Also, the cost was twice as much as what we last spent with Coit.

The young man who cleaned my carpet was such a gentleman. Such a bright eager young man whod I have back anytime! I wish him much success in his life!!

I had my granite in the kitchen cleaned and sealed and all the hardwood floors in my house cleaned.The representative was professional, friendly abd explained everything to me in a concise clear manner.I was more than pleased with the work done ✅

I have no issue with the technician, I saw him working hard and we told him we were not happy and he stayed and tried to clean the grout better. Based on the images Coit puts online about before and after results, the quality of the outcome/difference was far less than expected

We always use Coit. We have Persian style rugs and the men that pick them up are always so respectful and careful in picking up the rugs. When they return them, they are perfectionists in placing them back on the floor where they lay before, moving the furniture as needed. The rugs are spotlessly clean and harbor no residual chemical residue. We are told Juan does the cleaning. He is the best!

We had COIT to our house to clean all the vents and the dryer vent after the October 2019 fires. Ray was our technician and he was helpful, informative and gave me great advice on what I can do in the future to keep our household system working at its best. Thank you also to the office staff with regards to scheduling and times.

The Team showed up and where very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fit us in and get the work done in a timely manor.

Carpets looked fantastic and it was done quickly!

Weve used Coit in the past and theyve never let us down for quality cleaning on our rugs along with professional service in picking up the rugs and returning them. Our most recent experience with Coit in cleaning the rugs was top notch. The two service representatives, Tim and Juan, returned the rugs and took the time to make sure they were in the right positions and locations. If anyone cares for their rugs then using Coit is using the best rug cleaners!

COIT ruined our carpet. They not only refused to do anything, the General Manager was belligerent about it. She refused to even look at our carpet. It is now discolored and the smell is so bad it is difficult to be in the room.

Had air ducts cleaned and when techs left with the large machine that was placed in my kitchen, I discovered a large dent in my lower freezer door. They said they were not responsible for it and would do nothing to compensate me for it. The air duct cleaning was $507 and a new freezer door is $250. I know it was done while they were there and will never use COIT again. Very bad customer service.
