The receptionist Janice said she wouldn’t get out of her chair to help me. LITERALLY. During Covid when everything is over the phone and email, and I need to have someone call or email me urgently, I can’t persuade the receptionist to help me? I can’t believe this just happened.

I just called and spoke to Rachel, even though it has been a few months since we bought our home she was able to help me out with some property tax questions I had. Excellent, kind service. Terrible unorganized office. They call Friday afternoon expecting you to drop everything and show up last minute! So I drop everything rush to the office only to be told I need to wait the person who requested I drop everything was out of the office!
