The owner of this repair shop is very skillful, professional, and smart. I brought in my McIntosh amplifier for repair because it wouldn’t power on. The owner repaired it not only quickly, but for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for any of your electronic service needs!

Rashid is one of a disappearing breed of professionals who really know what theyre doing. On top of that he is very ethical and conscientious. I brought in my 1970 vintage Sherwood SEL-200 receiver that belonged to my late uncle. It had an intermittent left channel cut out issue. Rashid persisted and after two visits he pinpointed the problem and fixed it with not a little amount of unsoldering and soldering worn out components. I am thoroughly enjoying the sound from this classic receiver and Bose 901 speakers. My uncle would be very happy.

This guy is definitely a rare breed, he took a repair job for a turn table that was over his head and was too proud to admit it. He wanted to charge the full repair amount even though he could not fix the problem after 2 months. My hope for him is that retirement is in his future. Shame on him that it had to escalate to a back and forth before he credited the disputed amount! Then he said do not come back here, thank goodness for masks, because that was hilariously obvious!

Not too many places around offering repair services these days. Friendly service, convenient locations. Went here to get a statement of repair for an extended warranty.

His intake fee is very reasonable and the total price is great. Rashid is my go to technician for audio and video repair. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast, and very reasonably priced for his level of skill. I brought in a vintage amp that I had purchased on eBay, which I could already tell was damaged in shipping. He examined it, and when I return to the shop, opened it up and showed me the damage, offering to either repair or replace it. He had the exact same amp at his other location, so we made a deal and he went and got it the same day. He offered me a lower price then I could find on eBay, a refurbished machine, and a warranty. Unbelievable!Today I took him a busted speaker, which he promptly disassembled and tested in fewer than 10 minutes, for free, and offered to replace the broken part for an incredible price. Five stars all the way !

I was searching for a place to repair electronics as I ha just moved to Santa Rosa. Needed someone right away as I dropped my cell phone in the porcelain throne. Rashid was super helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced. My old phone was shot but he got one a friend had given me up and running and configured the way i wanted it in a very short time and at a very reasonable price. I was having issues with my new LG tv.I called LG customer service and my work order was given to Video and Audio repair . Took my Panasonic TV to Rashid earlier this month. He had it diagnosed and repaired in 2 days! He charges reasonably and was very flexible with his schedule and stayed late so that I could pick it up after work. Couldnt ask for better service.

The screen on my LCD TV stopped working. It just stopped and the TV is not that old...and didnt want to have to buy a new one. I called Rashid and he offered to come to our offices to fix the screen. That was great, I didnt have to unplug everything and lug the big heavy tv down to the shop. He found the issue quickly and had my TV back in working order at a reasonable rate. thanks.

Now i am taking all my repairs to Rashid.I found him on my via Yelp ten years ago.He fixed my Dlp tv chip,my laptop screen.I took my old Panasonic AMP to Rashid he ordered one of the parts from China and fixed it in about two weeks for $145 ! Other repair shops are asking for too much money ! I totally recommend this guy !

I had a Wacom Cintiq 24HD with a malfunctioning backlight. Wacom wanted $1000 to fix it which was more than I had paid for the thing. I found this shop and Rashid was excellent in communicating the problem and what my options were in fixing it, and kept me informed along the way.
