They were nice people and did a great job, but they broke the leg off my couch and one of the guys made it appear that was it’s original condition- lopsided and missing a leg. They did a good job but I wouldn’t use them due to a broken couch and a lack of responsibility and integrity.Update: they have rectified the situation and refunded me some of my money- which was their idea. It’s companies that handle negative experiences in a way that promotes responsibility, ownership and rectification that are worth using again! Our carpet was soiled in a few areas and hadnt been cleaned for a few years, (especially since covid arrived) I had used a home carpet cleaner I borrowed from a neighbor to get us through, but it didnt really get the soiled areas clean enough for my standards. We are a shoeless household, so we dont need cleaning very often, but we do have a golden retriever and she leaves some spots around from where she lays, drools, etc. They always make the carpet look brand new after they are finished. Brian and Paul came in and did a really great job with our carpets - we are a busy family and run our business from our living room so we have a lot of foot traffic and a lot of stains, including ink and some wood stains from a leaky roof - all came out. Our dog threw up 5 times on both persian rugs and a wool area rug. It was everywhere. I called Esteam based on the online reviews. They responded by coming out to my house the day I called them in a panic, which in and of itself earns them kudos, then they proceeded to clean 4 rugs. Everything came out and no problems cleaning the persian rugs which was my biggest worry besides removing the stains. Then we found more vomit 2 days later on another persian rug, they came out on a saturday and cleaned that rug. All told, 2 visits, that was our fault, cleaning 5 rugs and doing a fantastic job. What a great crew, Paul was careful with his equipment and the persian rugs. I will recommend to my friends in Healdsburg.
