Always a great help for my needs.

I have been with States Farm for over 30 year and I have to say the customer service has gone down hill but the price keeps going up. When I moved down from WA I transferred my policy to Mark Coleman in Napa. My car broke down, I called to have a tow truck and was told thats not my job I waited for 5 hours. So I moved my policy here. Same kind of customer service. I called 3 weeks ago to ask why does the bill keep going up when my car is getting older. Nancy said she would check into it and get back to me. Never heard from her so I called. Talked to Brandon and was told that Nacey wouldnt neglect to call back ( guess I lied ). I also asked why is the rate going up and what can I do. He pretty much told me to lower my coverage or if not happy, go elsewhere. WOW. Maybe I should.
