Got a quick quote and it was cheaper to start it than other places, they also dont charge for monthly payments over the phone or in person, changes to my policy are also free to do, UNLIKE COST U LESS or FREEWAY INSURANCE where i have been the last four years. I have a few points on my driving record, I needed an SR-22, and no license but they were still able to help me out. Thank you.

After reading reviews online i called the office. Alma answered very professionally, just the person i wanted to talk to. Thanks alma for saving me hella money on my car insurance even with multiple duis and accidents. She hooked it up with an sr22 as well, she was quick and answered every question i had with no hesitation. Thought the price was to good too be true so i went to the office to see her in person, they follow covid rules with plexiglass so that was pretty cool.

I was somehow transferred to this store and I am soooo glad I was because I got such a good deal from Alma. i had been calling around and even tho Almas down payment was a little more, the monthly payments didnt compare to any where else that I had called plus her customer service and patients with me was incredible. ( I know that sometimes I can be a handful lol) I appreciate her taking the time to help me find something in my budget with my colorful driving record and my SR22. She made me feel at ease at the end of everything, she even helped me lift my suspension with the DMV, talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for still having sense of what customer service should really be about.

Alma Mendoza handles my personal and my commercial account and she is terrific. She always responds quickly and I have never had any issues getting all the certificates I need for my different jobs. I have been a customer at Acceptance Insurance for a number of years and Alma is by far the best person I have ever dealt with at the office in Santa Rosa, California. She is a joy to talk with either over the phone or in person. I recently added another car to my policy and she went above and beyond to help me. My monthly payment actually went down. I have dealt with a young lady by the name of Alma. I can’t remember the last time I’ve received such attentive customer service. I thought it was a thing of the past. Alma follows through with phone and emails. She stays true to her word. This kind of service is great and I will stay as long as I need insurance for my motorcycle. This insurance is commendable but wouldn’t be anything without great customer service.
