I moved to Spring Lake Apartments early in July 2015. I love it here. The apartment, although not an upgraded one, is spacious and has lots of light. The grounds are clean and reasonably well tended. The neighbors are quiet and considerate. The pets are happy. It is just across Howarth Park where I walk morning and evening. And what I have greatly appreciated and am grateful for is the care and responsiveness of Mimi, the manager, and the efficiency of Carlos, who has performed a variety of repairs and improvements in very creative ways. They have made my transition to the community very smooth and my life here very comfortable.

A shout out to the Manager Kristen for her excellent response time to service requests and repairs . Although we have not met in person, she is friendly, supportive and make life a little easier! Thank you Kristen. Wendy Warren, resident who keeps you hoppin!

Very supportive staff and great surrounding area. Neighbors are also quiet and pleasant. Complex is smoke free and a pet friendly environment.

Ill be moving in October and so far am very pleased with the Community Manager. Helpful and pleasant.

Such a nice location and the upgraded apartments are beautiful! I am moving in next week and cant wait to be so close to Spring Lake/Howarth Park. Check them out.

I just had my tour of the townhome that im going to move in 10/29 and I just fell in love with it. Not only cause it is walking distance to howrth park but its in beautiful side of santa rosa.

Been here over 2 years and love it!
