I took my cat, Trout, here. They made it as pleasant as such an experience can be. I expected Trout to be traumatized, but when I let her out in the car - aside from loving on me for the first five minutes and then going back into her travel bag and growling at me for leaving her for a hot second - she was all cuddles immediately after. She made friends with the staff, they are all excited to see her come back. The hardest part was signing the standard release form. But it worked for boarding in a pinch. Trout wasnt traumatized at all.

Four Paws was one of the very best day care/boarding facilities I have ever needed to leave my Frenchie with. Their staff is very friendly. My pet has some specific needs, and they had no problems accommodating my fur baby. If youre ever in the Bay Area, Id definitely recommend using Four Paws Pet Ranch. Lastly, the facility is very clean and its climate controlled.

Four Paws Pet Ranch is run by some wonderful folks and our dog is always happy to be left here to play with them and the other dogs. The staff will do a full review of social behaviour of new dogs to ensure theyll be comfortable through their stay and with the other dogs if they are kept in a social environment. They also have a full range of services - Day Care, Boarding, Training, Grooming.

Our dog Rosie Waffles gets so excited as we turn onto Guerneville Rd on the approach to Four Paws. The staff are always happy to see all if the critters. They are great at communicating any questions or reporting any issues to us.We are incredibly grateful to have them in our lives.

I don’t normally leave any reviews. But I’m going to leave a review for this place in hopes that it will help you make a good decision for your fur babies. I have two Pomeranians and decided to try this place to see how they’ll do. When I first arrive that morning, I wasn’t greeting by what looked like to be the manager. She seemed very straight forward and I wouldn’t have mind it if she would’ve been a little more nicer. To the lady in front office, she was really nice she told me if she could feed my dogs around 2:30 and I thought that was perfect since they already had breakfast at home. They had me fill out paperwork and that was it. Once I came back to pick them up. There was another lady who told me from across the parking lot that they just feed my dogs. This was at 4:30pm. I was so upset that they didn’t eat for almost 10hrs. Once we got home, my puppies ran to their water bowls and drink so much water. I’ve never seen them so this, I was so mad to the thought that they probably didn’t have water in those cages. I’m so glad it was a free first day trial. I will definitely NOT be taking my puppies to that place. It felt like a business -which it is but no one seemed to really like what they do. My pups get better treatment at the vet. Another side note- they had younger two puppies in one of the cages. One of them had diarrhea that looked like water coming out rather than solid poop. Then the other puppy came over to him and started eating it! I still have that image in my head. It’s was awful! I would think they are being checked on all the time especially since they looked to be much younger puppies. Never again.

First time we had to leave our lil buddy behind while we were away, and we loved leaving him at Four Paws. Mind you, the emphasis here is on the canine, but there is an adorable setup for us cat owners, too! Staff is great, and kitty came home happy! We will bring him back!!!!

I send my Mastiff there once or twice a week for daycare. The staff treats him with care and love. I also use them for boarding. He always comes home happy and in good shape.

I cannot give enough praise and recommendation to Cory and her team at Four Paws Pet Ranch. I brought my new puppy (6 months at the time) in and she got a free day of daycare and getting to explore the site. The site is beautiful - a great place for any dog to want to play at. After the trial day - my pup now goes once a week and spends the entire day there while I get to play catch up at home and work. The most impressive part is that they are able to pick up my pup in the morning from my home and she spends the day there. They offer a drop off but I like to leave her there a little longer and I pick her up myself. Its always so fun to see her in such a great mood when I pick her up. The staff there is super kind and Cory is amazing my pup. They also offer boarding and salon services - I have yet to utilize the boarding but my pup will be getting a grooming there shortly and Ill include some photos in my review at that time so the world can see why my dog is the cutest (she really is). I highly recommend to all looking to try them out. You will not be disappointed!

Outstanding service - above and beyond! Our poor kitties survived the inferno of #tubbsfire that took out most of our neighborhood, and we needed to board them for a couple of days, and the animal lovers at Four Paws Pet Ranch made room for our 3 cats and took good care of them while we were displaced! They had a mobile unit on the weekend of the evacuation of the fires. (Oct 26-27) out on Lucchesi Park shelter and I approached them with dog in hand and a lady working there rudely waved me off saying she couldnt help me with out hearing me out. Its upsetting that I recieved such treatment, I had just lost my home do to the fires. Im not looking for pity, just for people to change their behavior thourds each other.

The place was nice and the people were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place.

My dogs love doggy daycare and come home and pass out. A tired dog is a happy dog. Supporting Four Paws means you are also supporting rescue dogs too.

Great kennel and staff! Doggie Day Care too! Ive left my 4 large dogs here several times this year when Im away for a week.

I send my dog to four paws twice a week at least. The staff is fantastic and know my dog well. My dog has become best friends with one of the staff’s dogs and she will bring her dog when she knows we will be stopping by so they can have a play date. My dog is always exhausted when she comes home from a day of playing and we have a very quiet night.

Frankie and I love Four Paws. They take such good care of my Frankie during fun times and times of stress. Kudos to them!

Our puppy loves going to 4paws to play. They helped us with her fear of other dogs very carefully. Everyone is so friendly and helpful even when I simply drive there without an appointment in an emergency dog care moment. They have grooming services, training and lots of fresh air exercise. I highly recommended this wonderful place.

Good location, nice play yards, affordable, and you dont need to make a reservation every time you want to take your furry friend to daycare. Staff is great, and the facilities are pretty clean. Four paws was recommended as a place that would work with me and the behaviors of my little rescue dog that is terrified of groomers. Although we decided Ozzy would most likely need sedation, they tried their best to work with him. Together we made the decision to try sedation on the future. They were kind and compassionate and obviously care very much about dogs.

We were up in Santa Rosa for one night- they were able to take our pup for day care. He had fun and was tired afterwards! A happy dog!

I have trusted my Alaskan Malamutes at Four Paws for over 20 years. They are wonderful and responsible and always look after my fuzzies when I take my frequent business trips. Lily LOVES 4 Paws! She goes to day care once a week. She jumps out of my truck, tail wagging, and heads for her day with whichever friendly, prompt caregiver gets to her first. And shes not a little dog. Shes a pit mix, strong,muscular. But they have helped cultivate a positive confidence in her with all dogs and people.

They are by far the worst day care place in town. my dog is about 90lbs and he has always been a bit nervous. they said my dog assaulted another dog. i asked them for proof and none was given. i think they just do not want large dogs that can be a bit of a hassle for the trainers / staff.i would recommend anyone to go elsewhere.currently we are using K9 Activity Club. the ladies are a lot nicer and understand not all dogs are created equal.

There is a reason 4 Paws wont let you see the inside of their facility. It is located on acres but I doubt the dogs ever get out onto the property. My easy going lab had to be dragged into the kennel the second time I tried them. The place is really run down and dirty. Dont expect friendly service either - the last time I was there, someone was yelling angrily both on drop off and pick up. Just cant recommend this place at all.

We boarded our dog there for straight 2 months. He was happy to see us but also seemed pretty happy to be there as well. He had plenty of friends to play with, there were no incidents,no viruses, no bitewounds,he didnt seem to be different when we took him back home, maybe more chill ( he is really easygoing in the first place) . One of the girls sent me pictures of my dog to make me feel better for leaving him for such a long time which was very sweet of her.

The staff is friendly and organized. Daisy always comes home exhausted and happy.

Weve been bringing Bella and Calli our Pitbulls to 4 Paws for almost three years now. We utilize the day care 3 days a week and board the girls a few times a year. The service, staff and management have always been wonderful. Having pitbulls its often hard to find a pet day care that has the experience, understanding and willingness to work with the breed. We feel extremely fortunate to have found such a place in 4 Paws. Staff is knowledgeable and the girls are always happy after a stay. There have never been any incidents with other dogs which a testament to how well they know our girls and handle them. If youre looking for a pet day care you cant find one any better than Four Paws Pet Ranch.

This is a great daycare to leave dogs or cats and receive same day grooming service without having to travel to another location.

The hardest part of traveling is figuring how to care for my German Shepherd. I found Four Paws when looking for doggy day care and I instantly fell in love with these people.My GSD loses his mind when I come home from work EVERY night. When I picked him up after his first day at Four Paws he ran around with energy and happiness and oh by the way its good to see you but not his usual oh my gosh, thank God youre back! I thought you abandoned me! I subsequently boarded him at Four Paws when away on biz for 4 days and got the same happy but not stressed greeting when I returned. The care is genuine because these are dog lovers, not just dog babysitters.I highly recommend Four Paws; Im soooo glad I found them and you will be too!

I have bringing my dog 4 years a cocker spaniel Bobby and my friend jimmy too his dog too theyre like family my dog Bobby we get in the parking lot Bobby runs to the front door to see them what a perfect harecut every time I told everyone about them my cuz goes there too they call you up to remainder the time the three girls are so pretty too not 1 hour to leave your dog maybe 3 hours ok I go to shop go home come back but what beautiful dogs to see them there cutting what a show every kind of dogs so my thoughts are they are the best all 3 girls I take my cocker now every 2 months and they give a flee bath and they tell you what stuff they should get I checked other places in Windsor 2 weeks to 3 weeks to get appointment plus26 dollars to me take my dog to bath him they bath Bobby shampoo cut his hair 60 bucks like hes going to a dog showAny way Im going Sunday again gonna bring them pizza thanks you Ladies love to you all from Bobbie and joey

I have a little Cocker ( 18 Ibs) named Andie. She is a sweet and outgoing as can be. I brought her to 4 Paws for a first time grooming on Aug 2, a Tuesday 2016 and on September 9th a Monday. On September 10 I found a skinned gash about the size of a quarter...raw, and painful. It looked like the shaver had dug into her. I took her to our Vet, who found a similar wound on the other side of her neck. It had scabbed badly, but was hard to see because it was hidden in the soft fold of her neck. The vet also found two head scabs on the cranial ridges of her beautiful little head.Accidents happen....but there was no mention of it when I picked her up, nor any mention of the previous accident. There was no way these wounds went unnoticed by the groomer, who works closely with the surface of an animal. This two times accidents speaks to incompetence and carelessness.I have such mixed feelings and none of them are good. Hurting my dear Andie, who is defenseless against it and a groomer who didnt even have the ethics and professionalism to come clean speaks badly about the quality and care of pets entrusted to 4 Paws. Meanwhile I am out $90.00 in grooming fees and nearly $200.00 in Vet bills and antibiotics. Shame on you 4 Paws!
